This company marketing is not aligned with the sales department and did not honor the return policy of the product. It does not work.

This is a total scam. Russians developed eye enhancement supplement provided to snipers and pilot included extract of Siberian blueberry (Lonicera caerulea var. kamtschatica) which is not included in the ingredients listed on the Optivel bottle. Monumental lie. Will not return

I would not give these people 1 star. I placed order #298874, which was supposed to be shipped on February 21, UnjUni. UUS62M5700131762979. This takes you to the website where you need a membership to track an order.I emailed them never got a reply.

This company is a total scam. From the product claims. price and service perspective.
Product claims that it was used by military snipers in WW2 is specious and unsupportable.
The price is twice the price or more than it is avaibale at outlets like Amazon
The 60 day return policy is a scam since they filter their card processing through Cartpanda who overides their return period reducing it to 30 days and then ignores complaints for 30 days only to claim the 30 days are expired.
Authorities should step in here.Recommendation- stay away.

the product is terrible -- I received broken capsules with powder in the bottles; The WORST part of this product and the company that sells it: they DO NOT honor their money back guarantee! To add insult to injury, I had to follow their ridiculously overly difficult instructions to return the product and pay an additional $20+ shipping charges (in addition to the $300 dollars for 6 bottles) to return it. NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND and couldn't get a call back or return email from the company. A total Fraud!!!!!

I ordered this and wish I never did!! I ordered this and they sent me 2 orders which I only wanted one order. I’m suppose to get a refund which never happened. I believe this is totally FRAUD!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this stuff…and it hasn’t worked for my mother and myself.

If i could give tjis a negative 20 review i would. First of all, the product had none of the ingredients listed in the ad. The website added bottles to my irder when i hit, no - i don’t want more, i called the number at the bottom of the screen which took half of the price off, but sent me 15 bottles of worthless crap. None of the products do anything for you, if that is even what is in them. I spent a week of emails and phone messages to the company with no response, when i did manage to raach a human at the delivery company i was told i would receive a full refund and an email with instructions on hie to return the product and my refund details. No email, no refund have arrived. This stuff is crap and a scam and the company is a fraud.

This company is total fraud, including deep AI fakes of Morgan Freeman and Meryl Streep recomending the product.

I cannot find out how to return this . My eye dr. Told me it was not good for me. I can’t find any place to contact to get my money back. I am very disappointed

Optivell refused to stand by their guarantee.
They refunded only 50% of my purchase price and refused to refund the remainder the remaining $183. This company does not stand by their written word so I would not believe ANYTHING that they say. Buyer Beware!!
