Orbit Translation Avis 

I made my order and no translation. They responded very fast to make the payment but they never returned my translation back.
It's a FRAUD!!! Do not USE this Company.

- June 28: Made payment for translation services.
- June 30: As they didn’t deliver anything, I requested a refund through email with no response.
- July 1: Contacted through chat, was promised an update via email within an hour. No update received.
- July 1: Contacted through chat again after 4 hours, was again promised an update via email. Still, no update.
- July 3: Requested a refund through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email. No update.
- July 8: Contacted through chat, was told the refund is in progress. No further communication.
- July 17: Contacted through chat, was promised an update about the refund via email once again. No update received.

I have all emails and chat transcripts saved for the record.

They failed to translate important documents for USCIS, which almost resulted in negative consequences for my the immigration process. In the end, I received no translation and no refund. I now have to dispute the transaction with my bank to try and get my money back.

To make matters worse, orbittranslation.com displays false feedback from Trustpilot on their website (5 stars, screenshot is saved for the record), which is incredibly misleading.

I wanted to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about their deceptive practices and lack of accountability but realized that BBB has already revoked their accreditation in July 2023 because of similar complaints. I am going to file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and American Translators Association and recommend all people impacted to do the same. This company must be out of business.

Absolute garbage. No translation received after 13 days. Canceled over the phone and over email. Hoping to get my money back.

I had multiple documents in different source languages that required translation to English. As mentioned above every aspect of the services was excellent. Highly recommended.

Same experience as everyone else. They were happy to respond until we paid and then they ghosted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

No response after 3 weeks. Requested a refund and went with another vendor.

I used the service 3 times, first and second all good, but the third one, it was a 24 h delviery, its been like 20 days and nothig, i reach costumer support, and they just said they are working on it, also try to get a reimbursment and they said, their finacial team will reach to me, but nothing.

I made my order on June 7th 2024 and it is now July 2, 2024 and have not received my document. I have called multiple times and even used their chat system and all they say is they have a lot of request and will get back to me and Never do. I used them once before and got my documents back quickly and the second time I'm having the worst experience. DON"T USE THEM!!! 24/hrs is false.

It’s a scam. Do not give them your business.

Clearly a scam. No response, no contact, no means of resolving their 3 day delay on a 24 hour turnaround time. Have reported them to the BBB. Submitted a dispute with my bank.

Orbit translation got my money and I can't get in touch with support. Customer service got a zero. I got Scam! I can't get my refund

Terrible experience.
I ordered to translate a birth certificate and receive it in 24 hours.
It has been a week now, and I have not gotten any response. They were supposed to send it to me by email in 24 hours. I emailed them (no response)
I called their number every day (no response)
their chat does not work.
I need now to forget about the money I paid and look for another provider to translate my birth certificate.

This company is clearly a scam. Do not deal with them. Whatever you do. I paid for the translation and got absolutely no response. Criminal. The good reviews are clearly planted by those running this sham of a company.

I join all of the other many people here who have had a terrible experience with this company that displays a complete lack of integrity. I'm not sure what accounts for the experiences of those who gave good reviews on this site, but there are greater than enough bad reviews on here to make the point. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

And I echo the comments made about wanting to give zero stars because this company should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. Full stop.

Awful customer service, awful website relatability, and no accountability for the terrible service. The chat support doesn’t work, the phone just rings, and when email support they don’t answer the questions. Save yourself the time!

Please please please do not use this company, its a scam. I don't want anyone else to go through what i have been through, 10 emails, no responce, over 8 business days, not translation, i have 6 pages. Nothing. They dont answer the phone, they dont answer the chat. There are other company that are legit. Dont use orbit translation unless you want to help these scamer.

I have 15 days waiting for my translation. Propably they stole my money.

Not even one star. 24 hours translation promised. They took my money and then I never heard from them again. Scam. Do NOT use their (non existent) service. Tried to contact them (mail, chat, phone). No response. Sad.

At this point I feel like I have been scammed. Very bad experience, it's been a week now and I haven't heard from them. I am calling their number no one is picking up. I sent them emails and chats, no response!!! I really don't understand the positive reviews on here, are they fake???
