To be honest I was reluctant about send my files through e-mail and make the fees payment through a payment link.
But, the fact is: just within 24 hours i got my transcipts (6 pages) translated and certified.

If i could give zero star I would. This looks more like a scam. I paid for a three doc translation. It has been a month and I havent received it yet. I have tried to contact them via email, chat and phone with no answer. I have been in a chat for ONE HOUR and nobody replies anything else than: "give me some minutes so I can check"

I hired a translation to be delivered in 24 hours and it was not delivered, I will miss my appointment at the rmv because of you, I sent emails and calls without getting a response l.

This is a scam business. They communicate until you pay and then disappear. Phone calls and emails go unanswered.

I used Orbit to translate a 5 page document from English into Spanish. It took over 9 days to receive the document, and this was after multiple unanswered phone calls, emails and chat IMs. I'm not entirely sure their phones even work.

I still have not yet received any invoices for the transaction that have been requested multiple times. I would recommend using any other company besides this one.

24 hr turnaround is a lie and they are absolutely unresponsive. Should have checked the reviews before I ordered.
