We would like to say a huge thank you to Ordering Direct for setting up our own online ordering system. We were fed up of Just Eat, Uber Eats & Deliveroo taking a huge chunk of our profit. So we decided to look for an online ordering company to set that up for us. We looked at many companies but Ordering Direct stood out to us the most as they were open with all the charges from the beginning.

Everything was setup within 7 days and tablet, printer and stand delivered within that time frame. It was a simple plug and play setup.

Since we have started the team have been great with support and any questions we had. We are now getting a lot of orders on our own system where we don't have to pay huge commission. I would personally highly recommend Ordering Direct.

This is by far the best ordering system, great machine great tablet and our web menu looks so snazzy and fantastic! we had another ordering system before this and it just wasn't as good (won't mention the name of the company we got it from). Our orders have tripled and business has increased significantly. Our Customers are loving our new site and menu and I can only thanks Ash and the team as they were absolutely brilliant and quick to get everything sorted and understood how we wanted it all. The machine set up and tablet set up were a breeze and it just makes it all so much easier and without the fees that the likes of Just-Eat would charge us, basically squeezing us and draining our profit margins.

We are a restaurant that has local exposure so now that more and more are finding out about our new site and ordering menu online, this system works brilliantly for us as we have the same set up as Just-Eat, but without the fees! 😊

Been with Ordering Direct since 2015. A very good company. They really looked aftered me last 6 years. The hardware has become really good over the years and they are constantly improving and updating us. I was with another company previously who charged too much and was not giving the desired service. Choosing Ordering Direct was my best Choice as we now take more orders on this machine than Just eat. Which gives me extra profit. I can reach them at any point of the day easily. They resolve issues immediately and also monitor your orders so you never miss an order. Where our restaurant is located the internet is not that good. So having someone on the other side looking after the orders was very important for us.
