So bad service
What I wrote:
I just picked up my new flashlight from you, unfortunately it wasn’t the right one, you send one whit out laser, bag and not the 3100 lumes I have payed for..
The model number isn’t the same on the invoice and box which the flashlight came in.
There reply:
We understand that the product did not meet your expectations, and you wish to return the order.
If you decide to proceed with the return, please note that the shipping cost will be approximately $40-50,
as the package needs to be sent to our warehouse in China.
If this cost is a concern, we discussed the matter with our supervisor and can offer the following solution:
compensate you with 6USD , allowing you to keep the order or dispose of it at your convenience.
Please let us know if this arrangement works for you. We await your response and are ready to assist further.
We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order.
As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 3USD .
Will that be acceptable?
(Why should I pay anything for there mistake???)
