SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Order status changed to “delivered” but nothing arrived. Attempted to email their customer support but immediately came back with a fail to send as address not recognized.

I would give zero stars if I could. Like everyone else here, I ordered and received a fake tracking number from China and then no updated tracking once it was in the states. I emailed customer service several times about it. Tonight I got this reply “Hello,
According to the logistics information feedback, your package has been delivered. It is recommended that you check the express lockers or collection points near your home and surrounding areas to see if there is anything missing or misplaced. If you still can't find your package, please contact the post office to find out where it will be delivered.

best regards”

Complete and total scam.

Purchased item. Never received the item! No email or anything. They took the money out of my account and never received product!

ordered and paid full price. Sent a tracking info. Said delivered. No tracking proof sent. Offered 20% refund then 35% clearly never sent.

Ordered a item at the end of August. Was sent tracking information for a 3rd party tracker. After early a month it stated that the item had been delivered but no item was found. I emailed them and they said I needed to check with USPS. I have informed delivery with USPS and it never showed an item being transferred to them for delivery. Just another scam. I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered and paid in good faith for a product that never arrived.
They did send a third party tracking number that I tracked for over 2 weeks! When the “tracking “ indicated that the package had been delivered I was livid. I immediately contacted “customer service “ and that email was sent back as undeliverable.
I wrote 2 more emails and have never received a response.
Thankfully my credit card company issued an immediate refund. Avoid this website at all costs

I’d give this scam company 0 stars if I could! I ordered at the beginning of August! Like others received a fake tracking number that went nowhere! Reached out the the company and they said it was delivered and to check with mail company. I advised receive daily pics of all updated mail to my house as well as packages and nothing had been delivered. When giving the tracking number they said It was through fedex! Again totally bogus! FedEx has no such tracking number! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAY!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! No refund offered!

Agreed! fraud- fake tracking and they try to give you partial refunds until you report them to the bank. Don't bother ordering- they don't sell anything!

I was given a tracking number the day after I placed my order that showed my item was delivered in April when I didn't even order until September.

Absolute Scam. I placed an order, a few days later I received an email indicating that my item had been delivered to a state on the other side of the country; on the date that I placed my order. There is no way to contact anyone since the "tracking" doesnt include any useful tracking info and the link sends you to a site which is unable to be translated as it is entirely in Chinese. The customer service link on the confirmation email is purely decorative as it doesn't work and emails sent bounce back as undelivered. SCAM SCAM SCAM

0 stars, scam scam scam, I ordered one and after over a month the tracking number showed as invalid, never got a response from the company, finally had to dispute it with my credit card and get my money back, a friend of mine ordered one too, her tracking showed delivered with fake updates and she never got it either, stay away from that site!!

This company is a scam company. They didn’t send me package and no refund. Wish I had of read reviews first . How do companies like this get away with this . Do not purchase from this company

Much the same as other reviews here, I ordered my product, received a tracking number that gave vague tracking information and after a month still no product and the tracking number went completely inactive. Will be going through the process of trying to get a transaction reversal through my credit card company.

I have requested two times the location of my purchase on the second time I was blocked. I have been nothing but nice in asking a question of where is my order order this place is a scam and I have lost $50.

Never received the item I ordered and numerous requests for a status or a refund were unanswered. SCAM!

Horrible scam company! You will receive tracking that will keep you looking at its progress for weeks but it’s not real. The tracking number will eventually not work. When you try to get a refund they tell you to ship the missing package back for a partial refund! How do you send a missing package back? When pressed further they will request a missing package form, but because it’s sent from China, you won’t be able to get one at the post office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!
