Found the site whilst searching online. Placed my first order for different items online. Received a call shortly afterwards from Kay advising some of the items were no longer available and offered various options. She was very patient and empathetic. All of my order arrived the next day as promised. Excellent customer service - thank you Kay. I will defiantly be shopping again online and hopefully will visit the shop in the near future. Just order another jar of Hemp Balm for my knees and back pain. Its working well on my knees the pain is more under control the back I have only starting using it on.

Geshe at Otherside is just Outstanding. He is so helpful and always ready to give advice on what you need from his dispensary. I wouldn't trust any other CBD supplier as he really knows his product. The Otherside CBD oil has really been helping with my menopause symptoms and I really can't recommend it enough. Customer for life over here!

I've always wondered what kind of vibe a dispensary my city would have if weed was ever made legal. Think this place nails it until it is.

Easily the best stocked in town for grinders, papers, CBD extracts (some top notch ones), vapes, pocket nails, batteries, pipes. I bet they even have those little gauze things you can't find anywhere for bongs.

If you are doing your tourist thing; Portobello is a fun quarter of town to make it worth the trip, lots of markets and food stalls, outdoors bars and seating. If you are a Londoner and your man ain't picking up, follow your nose to West London.

Also, next day delivery for when you are out of town.

The delivery service was diabolical, it took almost 2 weeks to get the product but I can’t fault the customer service at all who handled the problem very efficiently and also refunded me the charge of £7 for P&P. It’s too early to say if the CBD oil is helping or not, only used for one week.
