I would leave zero stars but it will not let me. Absolute rubbish quality product. They expect a half inch tab with one row of stitching to hold the guy line to the awning. Didnt even last one night before the tab ripped away from the awning. The seam tape looks like its been repaired When it rips they blame the customer for pitching it incorrectly. Read some of the other reviews before spending your money. Buy from another company that actually cares about the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just reviewing some of the comments as i bought one of their awnings 12 years ago. Sorry to say im joining the queue of one star reviews bought one of their "premium awnings" what a pile of shite that was it never pitched correctly was a pig to put up, looked out of shape. It soon started to leak. Currently stuck at the back of the garage ready for when i next do a visit to the tip. On the whole poor qualityand customer service. Doesnt look like they've made any effort to improve after all these years. Average 3.6 not good. Much better awnings on the market for similar money

Outdoor Revolution, Evora 390 Pro Climate
Ich habe mir vor ca. 3 Jahren das Caravan Vorzelt Evora 390 Pro Climate gekauft. Ich habe das Zelt 2025 schon einmal bewertet und habe auch weiterhin Probleme mit Luftverlust. Nachdem der Hersteller ( Sitz in GB ) mir die Garantie auf den Luftbalk verweigert hat, ich hätte mich vorher bei diesem registrieren müssen, habe ich selbst eine Flickaktion gestartet. Einmal ein Riss in der Naht und der Ventilsitz des Überdruckventil. Beides hat gut geklappt und ist auch dicht. Bei meinem Osterurlaub hat das Vorzelt die ersten drei Tage den Luftdruck gut gehalten, ich musste auch nicht mehr nachpumpen, bis am 4. Tag auf einmal der Druck wieder zusammenfiel und ich das Zelt abbauen musste. Da ist wohl schon wieder irgendwo die Naht gerissen. Ich habe mich jetzt entschlossen das Vorzelt zu entsorgen und mir ein Stangenvorzelt zu kaufen. Das Vorzelt hat mal bei Reimo 1299 Euro gekostet, wurde dann im Lauf der Zeit auf 899 Euro runtergesetzt, jetzt ist das Zelt bei Reimo nicht mehr verfügbar, es gab wohl mehrere Beanstandungen. Die Firma Reimo ist nur der Händler, nicht der Hersteller.
Der Hersteller hat jetzt noch einmal betont, ich hätte das Vorzelt registrieren müssen und dieses steht auch auf der Website des Herstellers. Ich habe das Zelt aber nicht beim Hersteller gekauft, sondern von einem Händler. Bei dem wurde ich nicht speziell informiert, das ich das Vorzelt dringend registrieren muss, um lebenslange Garantie zu erhalten, wie es in der Zeltbeschreibung steht. Lebenslang ist lebenslang ! Ich kann mit der Rechnung beweisen, das ich das Zelt gekauft habe.

Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond
I recently contacted Outdoor Revolution with an aftersales query about one of their products, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received.
On the same day, I got multiple helpful responses addressing my questions. What really stood out was that they didn’t ask for proof of purchase or make the process difficult, they were simply focused on helping me out quickly and efficiently.
This is exactly how customer service should be done. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to help.
I’ll definitely be buying more products from Outdoor Revolution in the future. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t agree more with the last post. Outdoor Revolution/Blue Diamond claim to make the ‘most innovative and reliable products,’……..absolute poppycock! As stated by many, when you have a fault the customer service and communication are non existent. Strongly advise to shop elsewhere!
Following the reply: couple of important points for those considering an OR/BD product - 1. The sofa lasted 1 day and discussions started that day and 2. Your communication has been none existent barring this reply!

I've had nothing but issues with an awning from Outdoor Revolution since the first time I put it up.
The issue has been dismissed everytime even though issue can clearly be seen in footage that was sent over by myself and their inspection team, but they fail to acknowldge them.
I would never recommend a manufacturer who clearly cannot identify a fault with their own product and treat their customers so appaulingly.
And the worse part is that they will do everything through a middle man (i.e. no direct contact).
Whatmore, this company has 4 star average reviews with a very large proportion of those being 1 star, starting to see how this may be misleading. I suspect if you have no issues, then you're probably quite happy, but if you happen to need to contact customer service with an issue, good luck.
I feel utterly cheated with an expensive inferior product.

This is regarding a "Outdoor Revolution Cayman AIR Drive-Away Awning - LOW" awning with a problematic door.

Yes and they have told me there is nothing more you will do and that your decision is "final", which I completely disagree with. They want nothing more to do with this, I want to speak with the people making the "final" decisions, not the messengers.

The claim that there is 'no issue' with this awning is respectfully challenged. Visual evidence (video) confirms excessive, localized tension at the specific door corner, even when the unit is pitched in ideal conditions.
This particular door has consistently been difficult to operate despite multiple onsite adjustments, while all other doors function correctly. This is not a standard pitching or pegging issue, nor is it a matter of user-setup error. The functional deficiency is exacerbated significantly when deployed on typical campsite grounds. This is indicative of an inherent design or manufacturing flaw that introduces unnecessary, high tension into a critical stress point.
While I acknowledge the constraints of the current warranty process following product purchase, it is disappointing that the objective and documented evidence of a clear product deficiency is being dismissed.

Poor customer service, not interested in faulty products
Bought an outdoor revolution camping (low wattage kettle).
The ketttle was faulty and leaked around the clear plastic windows let into the stainless steel body of the kettle. It then drizzles water onto the baseplate potentially creating an electric shock hazard.
The kettle leaked from day one of use, but we had purchased it 6 months prior as part of kitting out our van build. In that 6 months the retailer had gone out of business, so we couldn't get a refund or replacement from them.
No problem we thought, the item is clearly faulty, and clearly virtually unused, and we have proof of purchasing the item within a reasonable warranty period c. 6 months.
Outdoor revolution as manufacturer / distributor were completely uninterested and refused to provide a replacement, or any kind of manufacturer warranty.
I would never buy anything labeled outdoor revolution again.
They also import LPG stoves, be aware the stove is designed to operate direct from a cylinder, without a regulator. The fitting on the stove is common in Australia and New Zealand, and you can buy a hose for it in pretty much any camping shop, but OR can't / won't supply one to you in UK. You'll be stuck with a puny 6" long hose that only connects to disposable cannisters.
Having read other peoples reviews, I now await OR's stock response that I or my wife were rude or brusque, or wouldn't accept any advice etc, etc.
Funny how all the folks who have a problem with the quality of ORs customer support get gaslit by them the same way.

Luftschlauch nach 3 Jahren auch undicht!
Luftschlauch an der Schweißnaht undicht nach 3 Jahren! Service gut!
Der Luft-Schlauch ging ebenfalls nach 3 Jahren an der Schweißnaht auf. Urlaub deshalb vorzeitig beendet. Nicht schön mit 2 Kindern im Regen!
Der Hersteller hat mir aber einen kostenlosen Ersatzschlauch zugesendet dafür gibt es 3 Sterne.
Also Service und Kommunikation sind gut!
Der Einbau dauert locker 3 Stunden und macht leider auch keinen Spaß! Bin mal gespannt wie lange es nun wieder hält.
Nach 3 Jahren sollte so was eigentlich nicht passieren.

Der Hersteller hält sein Garantieversprechen nicht ein !
Ich habe von diesem Hersteller ein Luftvorzelt für Wohnwagen gekauft. Laut Verkaufsanzeige gibt der Hersteller eine lebenslange Garantie auf den Luftrahmen. Erst wurde das Überdruckventil undicht, laut Hersteller sollte ich das Ventil ausbauen und wieder einbauen, dann sollte der Fehler behoben sein. Das funktionierte aber nicht, da der Ventilsitz eingeklebt ist und dort die Luft ausweicht. Beim letzten Urlaub ist auch noch eine Schweißnaht vom Luftrahmen eingerissen, jetzt ist das Vorzelt nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Auf Nachfrage nach der Garantie redete sich der Hersteller damit heraus, ich hätte mich registrieren müssen um eine lebenslange Garantie auf den Luftrahmen zu erhalten. Beim Kauf des Vorzeltes wurde ich über eine Registrierung nicht informiert. Jetzt hat das Zelt nur noch Schrottwert, es ist nicht mehr nutzbar. Das Vorzelt habe ich vor 3 Jahren bei Reimo Shop für 1299 Euro gekauft. Der Shop hat für die Garantie keine Verantwortung.

Customer service above & beyond
We have a Movilite T3 Air awning and we had problems putting it up. Having spoken to Chris in customer services he offered to test it and did so and it turned out to be user error (us) he then sent me a short video with some tips on how best to blow the awning up. His patience and kindness was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you

Bought the outdoor revolution rock and roll.king size self inflating mattress which I have to day is one of the most comfortable nights sleep I have had whilst out camping doing my night fishing. I recently mis placed the end stopper for the mattress and counted blue Diamond for a replacement, quick to reply and prompt dispatch, overall a great service thank you

Fantastic customer service
We love our OR driveway awning, but one small rubber pole fastener broke on its first use (due to my mistake). More than a year later, I have contacted them to try to order a replacement piece, plus some spares as they proved a bit delicate. I said I knew it was out of warranty, and said I was asking for info to order and pay for spares, but after a bit of back-and-forth trying to communicate what the broken piece actually was, they FedExed several replacements to me, free of charge! Probably not a big expense on their end, but that kind of customer service is sorely lacking elsewhere these days and goes a long way to make me return to them in the future and sing their praises from the rooftops!

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience, bought an item via the Mountain Warehouse site but when the item was wrong item delivered then got told they had to email Outdoor Revolution as it came from them they didnt have a telephone number.
Outdoor Revolution not interested at all in resolving this, has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Great tent and service
My Movilite T2 driveaway air awning - which I purchased in 2019 - started deflating slowly when blown up. It would become soft after 24 hours and require re-inflating. I contacted the firm and they were very helpful. They send me a new bladder. Bearing in mind I reside in France - the bladder was sent and it arrived at the stated day/time - which I thought was exceptional. Very good service and will not hesitate to contact them again if I have any other problem.

Great tent - even better after sales service
We’ve had our Airdale 9 about four years now. And although we’ve always got on ok we did find we were having problems getting the shape of it right
Being a man I didn’t really want to ask anyone but eventually I did reach out to the uk help team. They were absolutely superb - sent diagrams of peg orders and a comprehensive list of dos and dont’s. As I type this I’m sitting in our correctly shaped non flappy tent. The quality of the tent itself is fantastic but the after sales Four years after purchase is first class.
Definitely recommend!
