Ordered a jacket which was unfortunately out of stock, had an email the next day apologising and advised they had another colour which I was equally happy with..

blocked from a Facebook group for returning a clearly used item!
Ordered two camping cupboards. One had clearly been used or was a second or ex display. Must have been. The shelves were scratched and the unit was dusty. The internal packaging had been opened. The second was dusty which was most likely from factory which id of probably overlooked but I was so annoyed about the state of the first I requested for both to be refunded. I was sent a returns label to print and asked what day etc etc which was fine. However later noted they had kindly removed my account from their website so I couldn’t check my orders etc. Not only that the managers/owners must be very childish as I have also been blocked from a Facebook group that outdoor action have association with. (Not outdoor actions business page) This did make me chuckle. So if you want to buy used goods and be treated like a child then fill your boots and buy from them. I will never buy anything from them again as their customer service stinks!
In response to your reply. You mustn’t have checked the item properly then because those shelves were scratched from use!!! I have received no warnings etc from upsetting anybody on Facebook!!! It’s funny how the admins of the group seem to be people who have a large association with outdoor action. I don’t really care anyway. I was asked to write a review so I have.

In response to this negative review we have dealt with this customer on a few occasions and for the first time have had to make the decision to remove from our database. the products we have shipped on seperate occasions were all from our warehouse so never been in the shop stock, all 4 products that were sent were factory box sealed and also factory shrink wrapped which we do not have a machine to do this, customer would have noticed this. On the products returned which were claimed to be damaged, dirty, faulty etc etc we could only see a chalk mark on one of the cupboards from the factory which was easily removed with a cloth leaving no marks.
In response to the facebook forum that she was removed from we are associated to the group as we offer discounts BUT we have no involvement in the running of it and adding and removing people, having asked the question to the admin this member was removed from the group for reasons not involving our matter but to do with warnings involving there selling group and upsetting other members.
