I was dubious about having a big anonymous 800 number firm come and service my broken garage door. I expected poor, drawn out, and expensive service from a person I felt was just out to rack up the expenses and with the technician taking for ever, telling me many expensive parts needed replacing or that the entire mechanism would have to be replaced. Instead I got Brandon Thompson. He knows garage door openers and garage doors like Einstein knew physics. He fixed multiple problems in a very short period of time and identified and performed numerous adjustments that needed to be made so my garage door opener would work better and last longer. No parts were required and he even adjusted my remote controls so they would work better and last longer. He then pointed out several maintenance tasks I could and should perform my self and showed me symptoms of when my garage door opener an garage door would need repair or replacement. Finally, Brandon was friendly, courteous, and polite. He did everything that needed doing, nothing that didn't, did it swiftly but took just the right amount of time, clearly approached what he was doing from a planned and methodical approach based on 10 years of experience and great expertise in his field. He is the Yo Yo Ma of garage door opener and garage door repair. His work and the service I received from his firm far, far exceeded my exacting expectations and I will seek him and his firm out personally for every such repair/replacement I have in the future. On a 0-10 scale I would give Brandon a 13.

I have an Overhead Door belt driven system. it stop working and i see no lights on even the garage light on the equipment is also dead.
I told my salesman that i would have it replaced an order today but it was like pulling teeth to find our that there is a sale of 10% off.
When I asked what would happen if it was just a fuse on the box that was off? he said that if I want my system checked it would cost me $120 service call. The website also advertised a $99.00 promotion for a tune up.
For these reasons I decided to shop around.
Boy do I miss the days where companies were friendly and customer oriented.

Our residential garage door broke on a Sunday at 7:30 pm. We called and even though it was after hours, I left a voicemail asking for someone to return my call as soon as they could. Within 30 minutes, I had an operator call me back and they arranged for a serviceman to be deployed that night to repair our door so that we could get our cars out for work early the next morning (I was shocked and relieved - I couldn't believe that someone was able to come help us on a Sunday evening!) We had called other garage door repair companies in the area, and the soonest they were able respond was Monday morning. Brandon Thompson was our repairman and arrived promptly and successfully repaired our garage door - also made a recommendation for a piece to install on our older garage door, to prevent issues in the future. Despite it being so late (and on a Sunday night) - Brandon was extremely helpful and courteous. Because of Brandon's outstanding customer service, we will without a doubt be calling Overhead Door in the future with any other garage door repair/needs that we may have. Thank you Overhead Door and Brandon for a phenomenal experience!!

Minor problem but major inconvenience for me. Problem solved almost immediately. Overhead Door is now on my "Call them First" list.

I had a garage door and opener installed by Overhead Doors. I wish each of you could see the results of what has given me so much joy and satisfaction in every sense of the word. I can't recall the last time I spent money and received more than I would imagine. Overhead Doors arrived at my home and within hours my old garage door was disassembled and removed and a new garage door was assembled and installed with an automatic opener and safety sensor. I am a perfectionist but Overhead's technician was even more of a perfectionist than myself. Overhead Doors installed my garage door and opener like an artist painting a master piece. After the work was completed I did not have to do anything other than enjoy my garage door. No clean up, nothing but enjoy my garage door. It has changed the appearance of my home. If you are in the market for a garage door install, you have to go to Overhead Doors but don't go unless you want to be totally satisfied and the envy of your neighborhood.

The Overhead Door Company installed a new garage door for us four years ago. The price was good and the door has worked very well. Everyone I've interacted with in this company has been both professional and friendly, and very responsive to any problems (but there have been hardly any!). I highly recommend them.

Overhead Door Company knows how to satisfy the customer with quality plus. A display of every department performing a great job.
The door panel was replaced in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the entire process. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs their services.
