At OVOSI, we operate on a one-time release basis therefore, when a product becomes sold out, it is unlikely that this item will be re-introduced to our line.
We can also confirm that our stock is manually updated every 24-48 hours to try and reflect true stock levels and is not live, therefore there can sometimes be stock discrepancies on our website.
With that being said Earl, we do offer an 'Email Me When Available' service. If you ever come across an out-of-stock product again, you're welcome to register your email here and you will be notified if this is available for purchase.

Poor Customer Service
Made an order and was given a delivery date, the day came where it was meant to come and I was emailed that it had been delayed as the item was out of stock and that another of the same item would be arriving at the store at the start of the next week which was way back start of September. I accepted this as these things can happen and never heard nothing back so emailed to find out what had happened and they said that they still have no items received but said that I could get a refund and an email when the item was in stock which I accepted and were now away to enter the 3rd week of October and I still have no refund or any email to say what’s happening.

my interaction with them were complex but extremely positive, originally ordered their XL twinset (36 waist) which came and was ridiculously tight, I explained the issue regarding the obvious discrepancies in their sizing and the offered me a full refund plus 30% off my next purchase, I then ordered for a second time, but this time in XXL twinset and an XL t-shirt, which for some reason got lost in transit with DPD and currys (delivery host) I explained the issue and they offered to resend another twin set and t-shirt free of charge, to top it off, the original parcel was found and they let me keep it, talk about Scottish hospitality, wicked customer service, all conversations took place over facebook messager, they where quick and fair.
brilliant company, will be buying again when their new line releases
