My experience with OXPC was exceptional - it was very easy to get in touch on the phone with them (not always the case these days) and Billie was punctual and coherent when speaking with me. He came to collect my laptop for free and after taking it away and diagnosing the issue as a faulty charger, delivered it back to me. All of this was free of charge despite offer of payment, so OXPC's claim on their website is sincere. Thank you for a great and honest service, it was much appreciated.

Excellent service with very friendly staff. They were able to assist me immediately on my arrival at their offices and were able to explain to me the process in basic terms. I would strongly recommend their service and very much intend on using them again in the future.

Over the years I have received dubious advice and service from IT companies so I didn't know what to expect when I contacted OX365. I am pleased to say I received brilliant service from David. He is very knowledgeable and I am very pleased with the new system he has now installed for me. He also sorted out our internet connection which had been very erratic. He promptly answers all queries and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Contacted Oxpc after experiencing problems following removal of windows 10. Computer was looked at the same afternoon and I was kept up to date with all relevant information and options available with ample advice for each. Had computer returned to my door the following morning,working perfectly. I cannot praise the service enough. I expected a high price for such a speedy service, however this certainly was not the case. Very reasonable indeed. Will definitely be using again.

I contacted OXPC regarding an issue I was having with my laptop's headphone jack and I was given helpful initial advice, guidance on a quote and a diagnostic appointment which was flexible to suit my needs, including the option for a free pick up of my laptop at my house for my convenience. The diagnostic service was free and then work was charged per hour at reasonable rates. The service I received was professional, and the advice was in an understandable format for techies and novices alike. My enquiry and the issue I was having with my laptop were dealt with promptly and I was kept informed throughout while the work was taking place. I would highly recommend this company for their approachable, professional, and friendly manner and their high level of expertise. I'll certainly be using them again should I have any kind of computer need.

Thought I had lost most of my data, and it appeared my laptop was infected with something. They repaired the laptop, recovered the data and delivered the laptop back the next day. This was a week ago and so far no problems.
