I used the service to transport a flatpack cot from Melb to Darwin. It was easy, delivery was fast and the price was reasonable. I'm grateful for this service.

I would give 6 stars if possible. Pack from Australia to Poland took only two days (shipped on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday)! Gosh, you must have a teleport!

One star is being generous

One star is being generous. In terms of service the man who I dealt with was actually rude! Over the phone he got angry. In person the next day I went to pick up my parcel and I notice he was rude to two other customers in front of me. Like what they were asking him was just too much. When it was my turn to be served, when I didn’t know what he was asking me ie for a PIN he rolled his eyes at me. And then proceeded to throw the parcel at me. This man should not be front of house. Will not use pack and send ever.

First time with Pack & Send

My first time using Pack & Send. First and last. I visited twice to collect parcels and each time they complained to me about the low commission they received on my order. I was unhappy that they kept one parcel for a week without notifying me. To give credit to them, they did explain why they had not contacted me but then advised me to go to another Pack & Send outlet as they were not interested in my business. When I asked for customer feedback forms they told me to try their head office as they weren't interested in my feedback. I did make a complaint on their head office website. Surprisingly, no response.

Parcel pick up failed to occur several times - then they charge me MORE weeks later!!

Overseas service was supposed to take 2-3 days to get to destination. It took several rebookings and more than TEN days just for the parcel to be picked up!

Weeks later it gets worse - they automatically debited further money from my account due to an incorrect size or weight! I weighed and measured the parcel myself- it was 100% correct! So now not only did I NOT get what I paid for - I have to pay more!

STAY AWAY FROM PACK AND SEND!

Am concerned that my recipient customer…

Am concerned that my recipient customer for the shipment in NZ had to pay an additional $183 to UPS which was not expected, before he could receive the carton. The NZ GST and import duty is understandable and is most of the charge but, the remainder of other charges including "miscellaneous" and processing fees were not forewarned and have to be questioned as to the validity of them. We had already paid a very large amount to ship from Melbourne to NZ. The shipment got to NZ very quickly but then took several days to be delivered by UPS.

Parcel was broken when opened

Parcel was delivered in a timely manner however product was broken when unwrapped. More care is needed

Great service

Great service. My only comment would be that the tracking was not helpful and did not give me an indication of when to expect the package.

very poor service

very poor service
had wait all day and parcel wasn't picked and I was asked to wait again because the order was requested online
had to go a drop it in the store which was closed before hours
had to fight at the call center to get it picked

then parcel was partially delivered (2 bags of 3) and till now I haven't heard where did the third one go
