Sent package arrives nice and early.

Was expecting the package I sent to take 12 days to arrive, it arrived in less than 24 hours, and it went almost 800 kilometres overnight. Truly unexpected and very much appreciated. My son’s b’day present made it to his house way before the earliest expected on time estimate.

Delivery all went well

Delivery all went well. A bit frustrating on having to have a printer at the end I was getting something sent from and the support person not just saying NO - you can't send something without having a printer but after that all went well.

Great delivery

Great delivery, parcels picked up Wednesday 1.30 and reached destination around lunch time Friday. Everything in tact. Would use this service again.

Economical and easy!

Easy to send a large parcel, dropping it off at a service centre made it easy so I didn’t have to wait around. Would definitely use again.

Bit of a letdown this time...

I’ve used this service before and am usually very happy with it but this time not so much. I lodged this item early on a Friday and it was supposed to be picked up by the afternoon. When it was not I tried calling to ask if I needed to leave the package outside over the weekend or wait until Monday. I called before their closing time but still got the “we are closed now” message. I searched on the website but couldn’t find the info so I spent the weekend putting the parcel in and out each day. On Monday I called back and someone picked it up that day, which was good. But then a driver turned up the next day again to pick it up, so had I NOT called it would have been Tuesday before it went. Not good communications at all wouldn’t you say?

I just want to say thanks to a winning team.

I just want to say thanks, there were minor things we had to sort out in the beginning due to my lack of knowledge but the best outcome ever.It was a great experience from the start when I placed the first call till I got home and found my package with the best wrapping ever and also with a great speedy delivery.Thanks to all the great people from Pack And Send.I will recommend Pack And Send to all my friends and will make use of them in the future.
A special thanks to Debb, Brian and the helpful Lady in Mackay.

I paid for a redirection and the box…

I paid for a redirection and the box wasn’t delivered. Tnt couldn’t locate it and finally after spending 4 hours at the TNT depot in Sydney on the day I needed the box, I got the box at 8pm and had to Uber back to where I was staying. The Uber’s alone cost over $40!!

I can confirm that Pack & Send were not involved nor were we aware of the redirection & extra charge for this consignment. For any amendments with online orders, we recommend coming directly to us so we can coordinate this with the carrier for a smooth outcome.

No signature obtained when delivered

Happy with delivery speed. Although packed extremely well, item was slightly damaged during transit. And it was dropped off without obtaining a signature when no one was home, although I paid extra for signature on delivery.

Did not pick up the package on time

Whilst the service is convenient and I would likely try it again, I was disappointed that their service provider would not pick up up the package on time as advertised. We were forced to drive to a pack and send facility ensure the package left on time.

We do unfortunately see complications with our carriers but we are always trying to improve this service with them and encourage this feedback. Our online booking service is a basic tool that generates a collection window of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. For a more specific collection time, we do recommend going direct to a local Pack & Send Service Centre who can assist with this request. Thank you again.

The online order didn’t work

The online order didn’t work resulting in me having to phone up to correct it. Pickup was subsequently delayed. No issues after this though and pick up and delivery went smoothly.
