Great service at The Painted Furniture…
Great service at The Painted Furniture Company especially from Deborah who was very patient especially when getting our order request amended a few times. We were so pleased to hear that our furniture was ready much earlier than expected too which was a lovely surprise. We couldn’t be happier with our bespoke sized chest of drawers, blanket box and bedside cabinets as they finish off our recently redecorated bedroom perfectly. Such a useful telephone ordering service where you can actually speak to knowledgeable staff. The same with the delivery people.
Everything is very straightforward and the product is excellent. Have had several bespoke pieces and everthing was very smooth. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the products or the highly trained and friendly ordering and delivery staff.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality and I was delighted that the company’s own staff delivered and installed my bedhead. The only problem I had was a longer lead time than anticipated but they kept in touch regularly and it wasn’t a problem … so lovely to have handmade British craftsmanship.

We had purchased furniture form this company for a bedroom before and were pleased so looked again when decorating another bedroom. Very pleased with the latest purchase as the products are well constructed whilst being stylish. Communication throughout the purchase was excellent.

We are absolutely delighted with our new media wall. It has totally transformed our space. The unit has been beautifully built and painted and the quality is excellent. It was delivered carefully and put together once in place.

Personal service
Staff in the showroom very knowledgeable about thier products and helpful. We went on a horribly cold and miserable day and they made us a cup of tea!
Good choice of tops for sideboards and tables to allow us to match with our light wood flooring.
Order arrived within the timescale quoted and delivery men were nice and respectful of our wooden floors.

Delivery service second to none
As I was working the morning our furniture was delivered, my wife was home alone and the delivery guys could NOT have been more helpful, ensuring the units were placed exactly where required, and even setting up the TV on top of its new unit. The sideboard and TV unit are both beautiful and perfectly match items previously purchased.
