Update: I need to update my review. I was eventually contacted by Conchita via Instagram. Conchita was super friendly. Due to some holiday absences and the fact that my emails apparently got lost somehow, the answer was delayed. She immediately sent me a new cape. Thank you so much, Conchita!!!
23July2024: The Baby Poncho we bought had a hole after two washing cycles. We tried to contact Palaisdeleau via Email and Instagram but never received an answer.
Very disappointing quality for the price and very disappointing customer service as well.
