I need transfer to be reliable and for visa purposes, it has to be stated as international transfer for Thai immigration.

With Wise, this is not the case any more. So looking for a way to send my money from Europe to Thailand.

Short, I wasted 3 hours of my life, with a verification,that asked sensitive documents.

When everything was submitted, I was told my account, could not be activated.

Why? Because verification is not possible above 65 years old.

So account denied. This is really scandalous. Not ask me anything then in the first place. This is an awful form of discrimination. Shame on you!

Service is ridiculous. They promised to transfer money will be done within 1 hour but after 1 week my payment was still pending when I asked to customer assistant they were not replying properly and asking stupid documents

Their customer care team is untrained, unresponsive, and often dismissive, showing no willingness to resolve legitimate issues. Many people, including myself, have experienced delays, misinformation, and manipulation while trying to get help or clarification. It is clear that this company’s priority is collecting personal data and money rather than serving its clients responsibly.

I transferred money from the UK to India, and it still hasn't arrived. It's been more than 48 hours, and there is no human support, the AI chatbot keeps sending random replies. I want my money back now.

This company is operating a fraudulent scheme by unlawfully collecting customer data and demanding that individuals provide their payment card details under false pretenses. Their justification—that discrepancies exist between first name/last name order on the account—is baseless and deceptive. I have preserved full screenshots of all communications as evidence.

Your agents have been requesting sensitive banking information and have wrongfully canceled my order without authorization. Such practices constitute a serious violation of consumer rights and data protection laws. Unless this matter is immediately rectified, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities.
I have all the chat screenshots as a proof. Even tried to solved with your agents on whatsapp number but no solution. Just fooling👌😡😡

I made my 1st transaction
60 hours ago, and transfered money from UK to India. The money still not received. No credible customer service to reach and resolve the issues.

Its now a week and there is no concrete answer from Panda remit about when they will return my money
