i am sorry to say the quality of your socks is poor, used them once, washed them once, they are ruined, the elastic is gone and the cotton is not, in my opinion, 100% cotton

Poor costumer support
While I generally like the quality of their socks, I’m disappointed by their customer support. I’ve purchased several pairs from this brand, but a recent cashmere pair developed holes in the heels after only two weeks of use.
When I reached out, the company dismissed it as "friction holes," claiming that because cashmere is delicate, this wear is expected. They offered a meager 10% discount on a future purchase.
To be clear: these are socks—friction is literally what they are designed for. If a product is known to fail this quickly under normal use, it shouldn't be on the market.
I won't be buying from them again

Sock size 10-12 is too large for 10
The socks are of good quality but for a size 10, they are on the big side so, buyers beware. Unfortunately, I ordered 2 pairs so they are all slack on my size 10 feet.

No longer Made in England
Pantherella has now moved manufacturing overseas so is merely trading off being an "English" brand. Even if the quality remains the same/similar, it is now no different to any other brand. If you want to support British, look at Community Clothing, Peper Harow or Pairs made in UK range. I won't be buying Pantherella any longer.
