Returned goods dealt with speedily
I had mistakenly ordered too many of a certain item. When I phoned about returning the surplus , the company representative was extremely helpful and my refund was processed very quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Lost shipments. Twice.
I ordered products. Tracking info said it was delivered. Is wasnt. Then I had a notification to say there had been a problem with the delivery and the delivery would be sent again. That didnt arrive arrive either. Called the company to ask if they could use a different courier to deliver it next day, as the previous two deliveries hadnt arrived. They said it was out of their hands and all they could do was keep sending it without knowing if it would arrive. I then ordered the same thing on Amazon. Same price. Arrived SAME day. I guess thats how Amazon got to the biggest.

Paperstone customer service customer service, is always excellent, their staff knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
Only placed the order the day before, and it was delivered next day, with the driver knocking on the door and checking he had the correct recipient.
Not thrown over the garden fence, or left on the door step in plain sight.
