Car not starting at 2am!!!
The service and help provided by these guys - especially Ozzy was above and beyond. Our car wouldn't start when we came back from.our holiday. They made us coffee and gave us comfy seats in their office while we tried to sort out the breakdown recovery people with no success. They then helped and eventually we got the car started. I usually shop around for airport parking, but no more. You cannot get better service than this company

Totally inept irresponsible company!
Waited for over an hour last Friday upon our late night return to LBA! There were vulnerable people in wheelchairs and autistic children getting distressed as the understandable frustration of us all grew. Four separate couples were compelled to pay £13.80 to go half a mile to the company’s office as no one answered our phone calls. Senior staffs explanation was to blame a colleague for forgetting about our flights return. All phone calls weren’t heard as they were all outside?? Absolutely pathetic company won’t be using them again. Will be using ‘Sentinel’ next time.

Another successful parking experience
Another successful parking experience. Bus to airport was efficient, bus from airport was, in my opinion, a little late to pick up. Other customers were grumbling about the time and both the other parking providers had pick ups before you did. Sentinel came twice!!! Other than that, all good for price.

Excellent service, easy from start to finish, used them 3 times now. Quick drop off, bus takes 5 mins to airport. As soon as we came out of airport bus was waiting to take us back. Staff friendly, so efficient, will definitely use again

First time parking, not the last.
Was greeted by a really helpful receptionist who explained what to do as it was our first time using the facility.
Driver was nice and polite. He did explain we would struggle to fit on the waiting shuttle, so we had to wait for him to do a drop off, he did say it would only be 5 to 10 mins. As it was ni ce and sunny weather this wasn't an issue. If we only had hand luggage we could have had a nice stroll as the airport is literally a short distance.
On our return we had aprox 10 min wait for pick up, it does state journeys are usually every 15mins so really was not a issue as once again it was nice and sunny. It might not be as nice an experience if a cold, night landing or raining as the pick up point has no sheltered cover.
Overall a really smooth opration and great experience, would definitely use the service again.

Good experience going LBA-CHQ early…
Good experience going LBA-CHQ early flight 29/6. Smooth process. Returning on 13/7 a bit confusing. Ie NO park2travel sign as to where to wait for bus, unlike eg Sentinel. Also usual fairly boring delay waiting for bus. But car pickup was 100%....easy and quick.
Btw we complained about our use of your service when we went to lanzarote in spring - car was full of fine dust inside and out. Got a reply you would 'look into it'. Was that actually done? I had to have the car cleaned after that one.
