Great service and a stress-free experience!
I had a great experience and was very happy with the service. Booking the parking was quick and easy, and I found a discount code online, which made the price even better – I paid £108 for two weeks.
I was able to leave my car close to reception, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The shuttle bus driver kindly helped me with my suitcase and pushchair, which I really appreciated as I was travelling alone with a young child.
When I returned from my trip, my car was already waiting for me and ready to go, so I didn’t have to wait around at all. The car park is also only about three minutes from the airport, which makes everything very convenient.
Overall, a really positive and stress-free experience. I will definitely use their services again next time and would highly recommend them!

Pick up was not well sign posted on…
Pick up was not well sign posted on return. Every family waiting with us was unsure if we were in the correct place. Waited 10 mins for bus, then phoned to be told it was just leaving. Then when it arrived, we then waited another 10 mins, just sitting there.

A better experience this time but previously there were no car parking spaces and staff not really interested had to dump car and go into the office for him to tell me to park it out the gate on the roadside, must have been busy but staff in the carpark could be more helpful and polite

Poor luggage storage areas.
Prompt service, but getting luggage onto the bus and lifting into high luggage racking is not ideal. Poor luggage storage.

No issues but would have given 5 stars if the bus had arrived more quickly (waited 15 minutes and there were 2 Sentinal buses in that time.) Lovely staff. Car was waiting for us when we arrived back

I recently used this company to park my car whilst I went on holiday abroad. My car was well looked after (parked indoors). All staff i spoke to before and after where very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus was prompt on picking us up too (even at 3am!) The price was very competitive to others companies as well. I will definitely use again
