Taseen was very professional, he was able to assist me with an issue that if not caught in time, could have been life-threatening. I can’t thank him enough for his brilliant attention to detail and still to this day, his aftercare is amazing.

If you are a nervous patient do not come here. They pride themselves on helping ease your anxiety but I’ve never had that with them. And I want to point out that the girls that work there are amazing and they’re not at fault but dr Rik is always very patronising and belittles, I dreaded every time he walked in. I don’t have perfect teeth and I’m aware but I don’t need a telling off as a grown woman when I’m paying for all treatment myself. I believe he’s the owner and as the face of the whole practice he should really learn how to speak to patient without judgement. I also believe they shove Invisalign down everyone’s throat that walks in, I came in for something else but was pressured into getting it and now nearly £4K in debt I’m still unhappy and didn’t even want this (which is also funny because as a child I came to this exact practice and they told me I didn’t need braces). Very shameful when dentist go private and make it all about money

I was so pleased to find this dentists after having a bad experience at my previous practice. From my initial phone contact to seeing my dentist for the first time, I was treated with kindness, patience & professionalism. I am so grateful to my dentist Huzaifa who by listening to my fears, having a lot of patience with me & explaining everything I managed to complete my treatment plan. I no longer fear a visit to the dentist. I highly recommend this practise.

Fantastic experience from booking to completion of all services. After a few years of not seeing the dentist I was apprehensive before my visit and wanted to make sure I chose the best clinic. The front desk team Chloe and Manesha (please forgive me if I have misspelt your name) ensured I received a warm welcome thank you. Blanche made me feel at ease, her advice was comprehensive and her management was ace. Sky gave me a warm welcome for my check up and was great with my X-rays thank you. Jide a kind man and great hygienist, he ensured I had a good and thorough clean and had some reggae music on to create a calming environment thank you. Prior to booking I could see this clinic has mixed reviews, I’m glad I booked and will be attending for future appointments. Top tier class, service and treatments thank you!

I had 8 composite veneers done at parrock dental, it’s been nearly 7 months since having them done, and they are still unbelievable, I get so many compliments on how natural they are! Had an appointment with Huzaifa this afternoon for a check up, a possible extraction of a loose tooth and information about teeth whitening. I was given all necessary information and the tooth extraction was decided upon and carried out efficiently. Very happy with my treatment and this dental surgery as a whole. My journey begins in June 24, umm’d and arr’d about having implants, had a consultation with Rik and decided to go ahead, my teeth were in a poor state and falling out due to medication and illness, being a coffee drinker and smoker made my teeth stained, I was embarrassed to smile, but now Wow I’m so happy with the results I now have natural looking teeth, the procedure was realistically pain free, simple for me I just laid back and watched a film whilst Rik done the completed part, people are always commenting on my smile and teeth now, I am so pleased with the results and it’s worth their weight in gold

Very happy with my decision to go ahead with the composite bonding at Parrock Dental. As I explained during my first consultation I had been told different opinions on composite bonding and whether it would be right for me but Chloe put me at ease straight away and answered all of my questions perfectly. My story started many years ago after losing teeth to trauma incidents, it progressed with neglect, non-regular dentist visits & smoking. When teeth begin to go they go ! One by one (if not addressed) the next inline falls.
Life circumstance always got in the way to do something about it (I kept telling myself). In reality I just kept putting it off. Pain, infection & discomfort followed & plagued me for years. Eventually I pulled the last few myself, ouch !
It’s very embarrassing being middle aged with no teeth, I felt very old when I stared back at myself in the mirror. A high-profile job & the butt of jokes (albeit well-meaning jokes) I suppose is what eventually drove me to do something about it. I could not perform at my best whilst speaking to a room, this effected business with continued self-consciousness in my appearance.
A year of research led me to Parrock Dental & Rik to undertake my full mouth restoration. You see if you research not all implant surgeons are equal. Many dental practices offer it; however, not all are fully qualified to do so, Rik is !
I wont lie it was costly, however a valued investment in myself.
Compared to other practices Parrock are very, very reasonable in their costs for what you get. but its all about the outcome right ?
I cannot compliment Rik and the whole Parrock team enough, they have been absolutely fantastic, from receptionists to the nurse technicians. For me it has been a privilege to have found Parrock Dental, they have given me back a perfect smile and most importantly my confidence again.
One thing to add (as I know many reading & researching will want to know) before you pull the trigger on your full restoration journey, was it painful ? Well, the honest answer is not as half as what is imagined. I learned many years ago fear on the most part is imagined & not reality. I wont lie, it is an uncomfortable procedure to undergo but is very well managed by the Parrock team & NOT agonising pain. A day of uncomfortableness is well worth a life changing outcome is it not !
Such is my confidence in Rik & the Parrock team, I am more than willing to talk directly with you and discuss my journey. I would love to help you if I can as Parrock has helped me, definitely !

Amazing experience at Parrock Dental
I had an amazing experience at Parrock Dental!
I came here for Invisalign because I’d always been self-conscious about my smile and had a fear of the dentist due to past bad experiences. From the very first consultation, the team made me feel completely at ease.
The whole Invisalign process only took 4 months, and I’m so pleased with the results! Every step from the initial exams to the hygiene appointments was handled with care and professionalism. The staff are so friendly, reassuring and understand how to work with nervous patients.
Thanks to Parrock Dental, my dental phobia has eased massively (10 years+), and I finally feel confident about my smile. Highly recommend!

So I had trouble with this dentist of…
So I had trouble with this dentist of making wait 40 minutes in the waiting room. Of course after this horrible experience, i cancelled my yearly care plan with them. It has been exactly a year later and they just charged me £510 for the same thing I cancelled over a year ago. At this point I am on holiday so having to deal with this while away and having to miss out of things due to the missing funds.
Honestly I would be so skeptical about using this dentist and just wouldn’t bother with them at all, they will miss charge you, leave you waiting, and frankly just offer you a terrible service.
All I have good to say about this place is the lady at reception is amazing she dealt with my frustration amazing and made it some what bareable.
They also classed my last review as ‘Spam’ rather than trying to amend the situation.
