Horrible Communication and Customer Service
ParrotUncle promptly shipped the fan we ordered, but failed to ship the downrod. Without the downrod we couldn't use the fan. I tried multiple times and methods of contacting ParrotUncle, but received no response to emails, no answer on the phone, no response to chat support online...nothing!
It wasn't until I informed ParrotUncle that I was disputing the credit card charge and asked them if they wanted the fan back or if I should just get rid of it that I finally got a response.

I got 2 100 inch fans delivered
I got 2 100 inch fans delivered. Packaging was all tore up inside both boxes even though they were taped and sealed fine.
The second box opened to the COMPLETE FAN MOTOR MISSING!
Still no response from customer service...

Bought a ceiling fan which I ended up not needing. Not a big deal, I thought, since they advertise free returns. They require RMA for return, but I have been unable to obtain one for weeks. I have emailed multiple times and tried to get to a person over chat. I've wasted hours and have not been able to talk to absolutely anyone. I've even emailed them that I have no other choice but to open a dispute with my credit card company and they didn't reply to this either. Interestingly enough, they seem to have requested more information through the credit card company but atill wouldn't issue the return authorization I've requested.

Poor customer service
I have emailed, called, left message, chatted with a robot, repeatedly. Can’t get a hold of a human being. terrible customer service. Ordered a fan and a down rod. Fan was delivered, no down rod. Tracking is a joke. It doesn’t give any information as to where it is.
No one will return any of my inquiries.

The 60” windmill fan is awesome
The 60” windmill fan is awesome, love the light too. Issues were addressed immediately by customer support. I left a VM and received a call back several hours later. My emails were responded to with a reply within 24 hours.
I highly recommend Parrot Uncle and was so impressed and pleased with customer support and the outcome!

I purchased 2 fans for my shop very excited seeing your adds all over Facebook .. one showed up just fine, July contractor who is licensed installed both fans . One fan was missing remote and does not work at all . I sent email in and only response was to send pics back of box it came in I have tried for days calling and calling g to talk to customer support and all I get is a voicemail . I have sent another email today begging for a response so I can get my situation resolved. I am very unsatisfied and hoping for a resolution (Communication)

Very slow on responding and feel that it is being answered by AI as it doesn’t quite understand what you are wanting and just keeps sending another message. So if you don’t hear from you but once a day it drags out to a few days to get correct response
