Partridge homes are absolutely amazing I've been with them 3 years going on 4 they are always at the end of the phone and are always so helpful after been with them for so long i now feel part of the partridge family and would need never want to leave them

Switching your letting agent: a recommendation
I expected unpleasant complications in switching the lettings management of my Birmingham house from one agent I was most unhappy with, to another, but Nikki, our new agent at Partridge Homes made the whole proces absolutely seamless, straightforward and swift, and all done in an affable and friendly way, not only to us but to our tenants. I am relieved and grateful to Nikki, very pleased we are in her competent hands now, and highly recommend her and Partridge Homes without reservation

Brilliant Team
I can honestly say Calum and all the team at partridge homes. Are professional,helpful, understanding and extremely friendly. Knowledge of the market is on point.They all put you at ease, communication is brilliant email, telephone and text etc. It's so refreshing, other agencies I've tried to call, email etc take days to reply not these guys.

As a new Landlord I wanted an agent I could trust. As a family business they take the time and are very efficient in what they do. I was updated at every opportunity on when my property was advertised, first viewings and potential tenants.
