Hi Adalaine,
Thanks for your order. I have taken a look at your delivery tracking and can see you placed the order on Monday 7th at 17.55pm (Monday Evening) and received the items via Royal Mail at 11:07am Thursday 10th. Which is in effect just 2 working days for an order placed with our super saver 3-5 delivery option.
As you placed the order after our 4pm delivery cut-off (stated on our delivery and checkout pages) the order could only be sent on Tuesday morning. You also chose our cheapest delivery option.
As this delivery time seems acceptable, I would be grateful if you could let us know if you experienced any other issues with the delivery or Royal Mail themselves so we could rectify them or assist you in anyway possible.
Many thanks again for your order at www.partyanimals.co.uk
