The returns policy is rubbish
The returns policy is rubbish, we ordered two different size costumes and returned them as neither size didn't fit and just because the packaging was ripped or marked they wouldn't refund. I was told to sell my items on eBay. That was the only solution they could give me. I now have two costumes that are as much use to me as a used mop

Hi Mr Hakki. I am confused as why you have left this review?
The two children's wonder women costumes you sent back we both in a totally unsuitable state for us to offer a refund as we told you over the phone. The one item card was completely ripped and missing a vital part of the header card, providing size, construction and manufacturer information which we could not repair or replace.
The other was drawn over in a range children's felt pens. This is obviously totally unacceptable for any company, big or small to refund. I might add that you would not accept a costume sent to you in such a sorry state.
Our refund policy is just and fair and clearly states items should, be in a saleable condition upon return for a refund. Quite standard practice I'm sorry.
The items you sent back were not in a saleable condition and seem to have been given to a child to draw upon. We still have the items with us (contrary to your review above) and I have taken photos of them which I'm more than willing to email to you, to see the amount of damage to them. I would post them here but Trustpilot does not provide this facility.
We said we would post these back to you, if you wished, so that you could keep them or try selling them on somewhere like eBay or sell them to friends. We did not say this as a throw away comment but to offer a solution so that they did not go to waste.
I'm sorry you have felt the need to post this review, as you seemed that this was fair on the phone and were not even aware of the amount of damage to the items, even suggesting we dispose of the items as you didn't want them back.

Flawless customer service
I made a last minute order for a Snow White dress for my daughter and having explained the urgency to the customer care, they ensured the dress is posted and delivered to us in time. It was very easy to get in touch, and they also followed up by email. Excellent service .

Next day delivery
I paid extra to have next day delivery so my son could wear his costume for World Book Day and it came too late for him to wear. Had to deal with a very disappointed little boy!

Hi Charmaine, sorry to hear your order was too late for you to use.
However, you placed your order on our website after 6pm on 28/02/17. As displayed on our website delivery page, product pages, shopping cart and delivery estimate at the shipping selection any orders placed after 4pm are processed the following day as our Royal Mail collect our deliveries at 4pm. This meant your order was sent the very next day at 10:30am 01/03/17. We can see from the tracking code that it arrived on 02/03/17 at 10:16am.
Therefore you order arrived on time and next day as you paid for. Our website displays comprehensive delivery information and estimates in various places throughout the checkout process.
