No reply from any email or contact. 5 months since ordering. Scam. Wish there was some way to report them to the police or something as this seems to happen to alot of people! Wasted money!!

Never received my product, never responded to emails except for the from PayPal where they stated they found my order and will be sending it out (still never received). I am trying to get PayPal to do something about his company as it appears they have done this same thing to so many people. So annoying that they continue to do this to others as well.

Ordered products in March and never received them. Sent an email with no response. Tried to address this via PayPal but was informed that this transaction was ineligible for PayPal's Buyer Protection. Don't waste your money

They don't actually send you a product. It is a scam

Paid for a goose diaper, never received it or even any responses what so ever about a ship date or anything. Absolutely ZERO communication. These people simply take your money, post a bunch of trash excuses on their site as to why they cant answer a simple email. Prolong the excuses with hopes the customer will forget about it and move on. They need to be stopped. Anybody who used PayPal as payment method needs to file disputes, they need to be shut down. I will personally be filing a petition to move towards legal action against this online scam of "business" through change.org, I will not allow a thief to take my hard earned money and spoon feed me trash excuses. I will not go away until I get my money back! I strongly encourage everybody scammed by these fools to do the same thing.

You will be scammed Duck Lovers be warned, you will never get your product and they will run away with the money.

Do not buy from them!!!!! I can't get a reply after over 4 months waiting for a $60+ duck leash. I can't get anyone to respond. How long does it take??!! Stop taking orders or outsource or at least effing respond!!!! I'm reasonable but they seem to just take the money and run

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I wouldn't hesitate! I ordered my boots four months ago. I have emailed them several times and opened a claim against them on PayPal to still not hear anything! And they never hesitated to take my money for the duck boots I'll never get! My loss as I never read the reviews. Buyer beware! This company is a fraud, they'll take your money and never provide what they promised to you. I can't believe they havent been shut down with how many fraudulent claims I have heard!

BEWARE! Do NOT purchase from this site. You will not receive your items and they will not respond via email. My loss. I spent over $100 and never heard back. Its been 6 months. I give up.

Took my money never got product. Never answered emails. This company is a scam. They prey on people who are genuinely looking for something to help with their healing ducks feet. Sickening.

Ordered shoes for my duck with bumblefoot. Party fowl pets took my money and never shipped my shoes. Never responded to my emails requesting a refund. This company is a total fraud and I am reporting them to the BBB. My duck died, while I waited on these shoes. All the while we we're waiting, my little boy kept asking when his duck's shoes were coming. Shame on you crooks. Buyers Beware!!

Terrible!! I've waited MONTHS for my duck's shoes and they never arrived. All attempts to reach out and contact them were futile. They never responded to my messages about the items I purchased. This is unbelievable.

Don't buy from this company. They will only take your money.

I order a lot of things online but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They didn’t ship the ready-made neoprene shoes that Alex promised me he would ship “right away” so that my rescue goose (with a 50/50 chance to live) would have the ready-made shoes I ordered to protect her open wound (which was the size and depth of a tennis ball, infected, and going necrotic when I found her) from the Bumblefoot infection she also had. He knew this yet still ignored all my inquiries and did not ship the item 6 weeks later. It would have even been appreciated if he just told me he wasn’t shipping them soon so I wouldn’t be expecting them. He escalates my Paypal dispute to a claim and ships them the same day, but at this point I don’t need the shoes now - I needed them when I ordered them, when he promised me he would ship them right away. I don’t trust that they will be the size they claim they are or have any faith in this company so I just wanted a refund. He could have refunded me and not lost anything as the item had not shipped when I filed the dispute.

They take weeks, even a month, to reply. Sometimes they don’t reply at all, until you file a Paypal dispute but they seem to know how to work around those. From what I’ve now heard from other people, this is something they do often. They will talk sweet but are manipulative and will take advantage of any trust or patience you afford them. They are not willing to work with you in any way once they have your money and they misrepresent their products, like the ready made diaper harness I also ordered.

Anything custom made (which my items were not but Alex made it look like they were) is not eligible for a refund through Paypal, so be aware of that if you order.

What bothers me the most is their apparent greed and selfishness, not the money lost. There are many other honest companies out there who care about their customers (and their customers pets) so I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
