Pass N Go Driving School Avis

Mark Dyson was absolutely amazing, he helped me to pass my test with clear learning and patience but an atmosphere where you can also have a laugh as well.

Rachel is a great instructor and gives lots of advice highly recommend

Hirah is an excellent instructor driver! She is very professional and very good knowledgement.

I booked an intensive driving course for my daughter with Pass N Go 6 weeks prior to her test . My daughter’s confidence was severely dented by a previous instructor from another company .
The admin staff at Pass NGo were very helpful and selected Simon Tyler as my daughter’s instructor

The change in my daughter after one lesson with Simon was incredible , particularly her confidence . Not only did her driving improve immeasurably , she actually enjoyed her lessons . Simon was patient , informative and very adaptable in that he arranged lessons around my daughter’s working commitments and as a stranger to the area ensured she was fully equated with test routes around the Blyth area .

My daughter passed her test first time .

Thank you Simon Tyler , fully deserving of a 5 star review

I recently passed first time with Simon Tyler. I was with simon for about 2 months, I had previously driven with private instructors over the past two years. Simon gave me the confidence I had lost with other instructors and managed to explain things within my first lesson that i had previously not understood for over a year. He made sure i was not only completely competent with every skill but also confident which made a huge difference. I would highly recommend him to everyone, any new drivers or anyone who has driven before and lost confidence.

Brilliant company, easy to navigate and book lessons, easy booking system, kept me updated on every part of my tests. I had some driving experience with friends and family, but Iqra helped me get a first time pass (with an instructor) in 2 months! She was amazing and adapted the lessons to what I needed. Would really recommend 🎉😊

Kip has been incredible with me! Ive had some terrible learning experiences in the past and on just my first lesson I was made to feel at ease but also learning to understand where things have gone wrong before which has lifted my confidence.

My instructor at Pass N Go, Hussein Al-Sammarraie has been an amazing instructor. He is very patient and detailed, which allowed me to pass after a very long break in driving lessons. Thank you so much Hussein you have been brilliant, I would definitely recommend him as an instructor.

Booked an intensive course in July, test in November. Cancelled due to lack of instructors in October. Shocking service.

My experience with pass n go was relaxed, supportive, helpful. My instructor was the best instructor I could of asked for. Thankyou Oscar Paisley for making my experience enjoyable xx

Leslie was so helpful and was pleasant really good experience

Dedicated and professional instructors, my instructor had deep insight, test day felt like a rehearsal because I practised on much of the test route.

Paid £350 for 10 lessons without any lesson after 3 weeks. PNG appear to operate as a franchise. Though well managed, there are competitors with similar on line liveries/portals that are happy to take your money without follow up or protection. IN this case my PDG review has been upgraded from one star in response to their quick escalation. Obviously it would be better had they not been effectively ghosted in the first place.

Thanks so much Bart for getting my daughter through her lessons and passing FIRST TIME in just 3 weeks! What a fantastic instructor you are!

Really helpful instructor that listened and advised and also sent videos to assist on what was taught that day. Highly recommended them and passed first time.

Passed my driving test first time thanks to Aaron’s help, would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn

Nick is the best instuctor anyone could ask for calm and paitient seen me through to a first time pass in a short anount of time and lessons 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I had mark dyson for my lesson, he was very patient and kind.

After having 36 hour lessons, my instructor was let go after not passing his driving instructor test, my account was disabled and I was not informed that a new instructor had been given to me, after reopening my account, the new instructor informed me my old instructor has been sacked and everything he taught me was wrong and I had been taught everything in the wrong order, after 36 hour lessons, this did nothing for my confidence, then the new instructor, told me to cancel and rebook my driving test, which was in 3 weeks time, has he was going on holiday, I did this and had my remaining 4/6 hour lessons with him, after booking a two hour lesson on my test day, the instructor cancelled my lesson and said I could not use his car with less than a week till my test, i had to hire my own car for my driving test, and am still waiting for them to refund the two hours credit on my account, do not book with pass and go, choose another company, especially new drivers, has after emailing pass and go, they simply wasnt interested.

I had my first lesson with Mohamed and he handled the lesson very patiently and showed me a lot of visual examples of situations on the road which helped me a lot
