I’m very impressed with Patches
I’m very impressed with Patches. I found the online questions easy to complete and the quick response from Lance Lane surgery was amazing. I was offered an appointment quickly, with a GP , who assessed my problem and issued a prescription- which was also dealt with quickly at the attached pharmacy.

Incredible service.

Nice and easy to use. I like the privacy of it all. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable being honest with your gp but on here you feel a bit more freedom.

The process was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. The questionnaire was thorough without being overwhelming, and it helped me clearly communicate my symptoms and concerns.
I particularly appreciated how the system guided me step by step and allowed me to express my situation in a structured and meaningful way. Overall, a very efficient and user-friendly experience.
