Been under these doctors since I was born and I am 59 now I wouldn’t change to any other doctors they have always give me the best treatment and care

The Patches system is so easy and quick to use. It enables you to briefly let the surgery know how they can help via the quick questions you scroll through. It works very well plus the surgery are quick to respond.

I did have trouble trying to find how to log into the system and I suspect people less familiar with IT will have similar issues however once in I found it usefyl, thorough and easy to follow.

Patchs system is totally frustrating to use absolutely diabolical system that should be destroyed immediately. I tried to set up Patchs for my husband but would not allow me to set up as we only have one email account and it would'nt let me set him up under that account. So I tried by phone with the triage what a nightmare the questions were unbelievable I had to pronounce my name 5 times its a good old English name but she didn't understand the name no i don't have a speech impediment it was the worse system I have ever used in my life. The persons who developed this need shooting. I certainly believe all those reviews are FAKE I just feel for the OAP this is discrimination towards them. TOTALLY DIABOLICAL SYSTEM

My first time using Patches. Makes life easier, as my medical needs are increasing and becoming complicated.

I have 100% faith with my doctors. Hillingdon Health Centre has alwsys been very good & professional towards me. Yes things happen which upset you but I find if I go back and discuss my problem there is always a solution. We have to be patient sometimes and its frustrating but I honestly feel they do their best

A much improved version and questions were relevant and sensible. Our surgery The Ridgeway responded it immediately and got an immediate appointment. My condition was also required immediate attention.

I have been with this surgery Garden Lane Medical Center for a long time, always polite and helpful staff.

Fantastic drs they are responsive fast it can take time to get through but due to the call back its fast they ring you back they have been slow on non repeat prescriptions but a second call is enough to get a prescription they have advance appointments when requested he is moving drs which is a shame as i can not fault all the staff at oakwood medical centre staff including reception have been polite caring and supportive dr Anderson has made a difference to my brother health thank you

I’m getting used to limiting my Dr replies to 1000 limit so I am now managing with this Patches system better.
