Overall experience was strong, just a couple of bits could have made it perfect though.

Ordered a custom game mat. Would have liked a recommended pixel count for providing artwork displayed on the website. Got there in the end, and was very helpful, but took a couple emails.

The mat itself is lovely! Really well detailed printing. I was forewarned about potential shrinkage so may not exactly meet the size. Shrinkage was about 5cm so a little more than expected, but shouldn't impact use.

Overall, very good experience. Good, communicative customer service.

Patriot has been a favorite of mine for many years but today the wonderful staff went above and beyond. I had a fall on the way to the shop and the staff helped me clean myself up and get myself back together while I had an excellent cup of coffee from the cafe. A special thank you to Sally, Jake and Paul for taking such good care of me.

As well as the fantastic team there they are also a cracking games shop with loads of free gaming space!

I ordered a game mat through them at the Salute 52 convention in London. All arrived okay and in reasonable time (considering they would have also had to deal with returning from the convention).
Print and quality of the game mat looks great.
Will consider them for further game mat printings.

I ordered two exceptionally large neoprene playmats from Patriot Games, specifying precise measurements. The mats were expertly cut, fitting my table precisely as I had envisioned. The print quality exceeded my expectations. The packaging was excellent, and the delivery was on target. The communication, both before and after the order, was outstanding.

I ordered a custom printed playmat from Patriot Games Ltd. It was printed and delivered to the Isle of Wight within 5 working days. The order confirmation email had their phone number to call if there was a issue but I had no problems at all. I was notified via email at every step of the process. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I placed an order with Patriot games, and over 3 weeks has passed without receiving it, I have tried to contact Patriot games (through the contact us section of the website) about my order, I haven't received any reply, I'm not sure if this is a one off occurrence but I will not be using them in the future.

I love this store. Really friendly staff always happy to help and advise. Even better in its current location than where it was before too.
