Everything made by Paw Tree is excellent. I wish the products could be delivered more quickly.Top quality packaging. I will continue to purchase this brand for my dog. My dog deserves the best

Your website is not user friendly. I tried to add to my order and could not very frustrating. Also your shipping charges are outrageous!

You need to upgrade your page where if something is out of stock. You charge customer don't offer a refund . When I call support team they simply say you will ship it when you are back in stock. Oh sorry don't know when it will be in-stock.

Then are your shipping when a customer/me spends $300 to $400 per order . Either spend more on certain products and then can ship free .
Confused and frustrated.

Fletcher loved the freeze dried chicken UNTIL the garbanzo beans were no longer ground up but rather left kinda chunky. She would leave a mess in her eating area, as she ate around the beans. We got the turkey flavor. She will eat it when she is hungry but often skips meals. She weighs less than 10 pounds. I do not think it is healthy for her to skip meals. Yes, we add seasonings but it doesn’t make a difference.

The dog food seems to be excellent for my dogs. They don’t have gastric problems with it and enjoy it. We even use it for training.

I placed my order and within a couple days I had an email saying it was shipped and it was delivered a couple days later. Fast and efficient!

We just got a new boxer puppy and the breeder told us about paw tree we were a little skeptical, but ordered 3 bags a couple days later.

My order was on time, and it was packaged well. My young miniature schnauzer does not run from this food as she did with the prior food I was feeding her (and it was not cheap dog food by the way). I learned of this food from another schnauzer owner that said her breeder would not give health guarantee unless they fed pawTree, so I thought that to be a pretty good recommendation and so glad I gave it a try. As of the first order I am very satisfied.

My Aussie loves his PawTree food. Never has an upset stomach. His poo has very little smell as well.
