We have been working with PayCaptain for around 4 months so far and I have to say the service has been incredible. They are super helpful, especially Nicola Booth. I highly recommend PayCaptain and their services to any company looking for a payroll provider!

The communication between our Finance Team and PayCaptain is great. Payroll has to be turned around within a very short timeframe each month. Our designated PayCaptain lead, Sunisa is always super helpful and we work well together to get payroll processed on a timely basis.

We are a new customer. The company is definitely customer centric. Are all there onboarding processes 100% no but they are v.attentive to your requirements and held hand through process. Systems are good and people supporting it are on the mark - Wiktoria has been a credit to Paycaptain. Knowledgeable, patient and highly responsive. Recommend them.

PayCaptain is an intuitive tool, which has simplified our payroll. The help team are very supportive and helpful (especially Paulina and Wiki, although everyone has been great). The only improvement I would suggest is in the pricing, which penalises very small companies.

We transferred to Pay Captain a few years ago. The transmission went really well. The employees loved the modern and easy to use app. The chatbot is a nice feature to take simple queries off our hands.
We process 2 payrolls with PayCaptain and Paulina is always very pleasant, accommodating and any issues that have arisen have been worked through in a timely manner. Stacey, Val and Simon are also super helpful and work with us to create new reports etc for automation. They never stop wanting to help and we have a great working relationship. Thanks guys.

We moved our entire payroll across to PayCaptain just over two years ago and are so in love with the ease and brilliant functionality of the platform. Sarah looked after us beautifully throughout the setup and we have had Paulina constantly by our side month by month as our superb Payroll Manager - whenever we have a question she is always there for us. We also love that they are a B Corp, ethically minded and a true force for good :)

Payroll always used to be a completed pain in the....

WE moved to PayCaptain was they were recommended by our scheduling software RotaReady. Its made payroll a breeze, and now that we have our own dedicated human to talk to, Paddy, its even better.

Any and all dealings with PayCaptain are great. The whole team are professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in what they do and strive to make every experience as uncomplicated as they can, ensuring that the job is completed with a smile. All of my dealings with Paddy specifically have been a pleasure with any requiests being completed in a timely manner, showing knowledge and passion for the job role.

We transfered our payrolls to PayCaptain in April this year and quite literally, haven't looked back since. With our dedicated Payroll Manager, Paulina Lis, and the support and tech team behind her who have supported with integrations with the time and attendance platform Deputy and our HRIS system, BOB, we have been able to reduce payroll processing time by 60%. User experience has also improved, with significantly less corrections to be processed due to changes and the ability to submit updates right up until the day before processing. PayCaptain has been revolutionary for our payroll processes! Becky & Simon were very accommodating throughout the implementation process, listening closely to our needs and creating solutions - there were no requests that were deemed too tricky or not possible.
PayCaptain's ability to set up integrations across different systems is what drew us to the platform, and it has allowed us to automate a lot of processes that used to be very manual and time consuming for our team. Through being able to integrate with our HRIS (Hibob), and our timesheet platform (Deputy), our processing time has been cut down substantially. The team has been able to set up additional features that are specific to our needs which has been much appreciated.
Now we have been fully up and running for the past 5 months, the service we receive from our payroll processing team, including Paulina & Val, has been exceptional. Any last minute requests or amendments are always accommodated with open arms, making our payroll much more accurate. I don't think we could ask for much more!

We have been using Pay Captain for the past 10 months. We are based overseas and rely on the Pay Captain team for all our UK payroll needs. While I recommend the whole support team, particular mention needs to made of Rachel S, who is always responsive and goes above and beyond with her service.

Great payroll service. Paddy is a huge help and a really efficient agent.

Weve been using PayCaptain for a couple of years now and they have just got better and better as time has gone on in running our monthly payroll. Stacey has helped us so much on many different occasions and Paddy is so efficient on dealing with our monthly return I sometimes find it hard to keep up with him! His input of the information (of which there is a lot!) is accurate and he is really good at responding to any questions I have. Any problems that might arise are rectified quickly and efficiently. Working with Paycaptain feels like a true partnership. Their team are always willing to help and have definitely gone the extra mile for us when we've asked it of them. It's great having a payroll partner who treat your problem like it's their problem. I've worked with a few different payroll providers over the years and wouldn't hesitate in saying Paycaptain are head and shoulders the best.

Really informative interactive payslips, easy to create reports for payroll managing, and easy to check employee data on the app.

Paycaptain continually provide an excellent service with great communications. Always timely regarding deadlines, reminding when necessary. Very friendly and courteous in all comms.

Our staff, both admin and paid staff, love Paycaptain.

Its been far easier than Xero payroll which it replaced- onboarding was really hands on by their staff which meant we did very little and it all went very smoothly.

The financial planning and support tools, as well as the staff app are all really appreciated by the staff.

Over 1 year of service from PayCaptain now and would not consider looking elsewhere - a brilliant team who are always on hand to help us.
