Easy service, was skeptical at first but after seeing it was a trusted and high rated company, I used it for the first time to sell diabetic supplies. Efficient from start to finish.

I have had many successful transactions with this company. Pay is prompt upon delivery. Prices for the items are competitive and reliable. Only place I use. :)

I placed the order to send in supplies but never received the shipping label. I emailed multiple times and was never followed up with. It has been well over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive the shipping label.

Re: Reply: I responded to emails sent to me as well as engaged the chat feature on the website. I searched spam mail regularly and the label was not there.
I was sent a text this morning about selling more supplies and the label issue was finally addressed. The label was emailed finally at 7:14am.

I was sent the label and they followed up about tracking and making payment. It was taken care of eventually.

Great experience, clear communication and flexible process. They were able to just the order based on what I was able to send without me having to redo the process.

Great to be able to send my unused diabetes supplies to a company for some reimbursement knowing that someone in need can buy them and use them.

I'm going to be brutally honest because I wouldn't be a good customer if I if I didn't. The process from start to finish was very easy not confusing in the least bit. The only thing I was dissatisfied with I had 23 boxes of test strips I believe 10 of them were expired. I know I can take my expired strips back to the pharmacy and they will replace them if I exchange them. So I was somewhat shocked when I was expecting over $200 for my strips and I got less than 150. I reached out and asked the gentleman that I had been an email correspondence with if I can get the strips back so I can take them and exchange them and he said that the order had already been placed and basically I couldn't get my strips back I feel that if I'm not going to be paid for him then they should be returned to me expired or not

The whole experience was seamless and fast. Customer service was ALWAYS there through every step of the way. I got the money i was quoted quickly via cash app and they offered multiple choices to get paid. I'd definitely use them again.

I have been using this service for a little over a year now and love how fast and easy it is to use.

Well everything happened just like the app said. It was pretty much three easy steps.1- fill out online quote. 2-receive and print the mailing labe. 3-ship it in get and get paid the day they receive your package. It was really that easy.. Would recommend to everyone 👍
