On March 1, 2026 I responded to PCLiquidations/DSLdepot advertisement for a Refurbished Thinkpad laptop for sale. Although money was taken from my account, I never received the laptop.
Also ... on the BBB website their website is called DSLdepot.
The PC came as described in good condition and well put together. I bought from another refurb seller and the case was bent (improperly assembled) and the SSD drive was held in with 1 small screw and was flopping around. The display didn't work so I sent it back and decided to go with PC liquidations.
Totally non-hassle experience! From the first inquiry through opening the box and unpacking my purchase, everything was easy and more than satisfactory! I felt they were giving me personal attention!

POS website, refurbished for them means to just clean the dust. The computer arrived to me completely bricked. Everything was connected. I reached out to them and have been ghosted for over 2 weeks
I purchased a refurbished printer from PCLiquidations on July 27. Recevied it on July 29 and it did not work. I reached out to PCL and they sent me a return label which I used and returned the printer on August 2. Per the tracking number the printer was delivered to their location on August 4. I have yet to receive my refund or a response to any of the e-mails I have sent inquiring about the same. Very disappointed!
