We purchased our home through PCM who were very professional, responsive and friendly. At times we were frustrated with a lack of information from solicitors and PCM chased on our behalf. That was over and above what was required so we were very grateful to them for ensuring we were kept in the loop. Thank you all.

What an absolutely fantastic job Michael Mepham at PCM has done on the sale of my flat from start to finish. It opened my eyes even more as to what an estate agent has to do to see a sale through, and in my case, he has been amazing keeping the “sale wheels turning”. I have used PCM before on many ocassions and I’d most certainly recommend, as I have done many times, and will be using them again in the future.
Such a hard job for the agent keeping the sellers the buyers the solicitors and everybody on track, Thankyou so much Michael.

From the beginning, Rob was proactive, informative and realistic. He explained the local market and what we could realistically achieve for our property for a quick sale. Following marketing which was a bit slow due to Christmas period, the team were proactive in getting us viewings. They offered to do the viewings but as I work from home I done it. Following the receipt of an offer, they were on the ball chasing solicitors and getting information for us. All in all a very good service.

I can't put into words how grateful we are to PCM - I have never known an Estate Agent like it. Michael Mepham and other members of the team worked tirelessly, they went above and beyond to help our sale to go through, contacting all the relevant people when solicitors were failing to communicate and other parties were getting frustrated - Michael got involved in almost every aspect that he could to try and hold it all together - Our sale in Hastings and our purchase in Scotland were both problematic, as well as various standard cross border issues, and I know for certain that we would not be in our dream home in Scotland now if we hadn't had PCM as the driving force.

When I say above and beyond, I really mean it, the amount of dedication and accountability they had was just phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone; we moved to them because of the inaction of a previous local agent, and thank goodness we did.

Michael Mepham is an absolute force! - so incredibly good at his job, he knows it inside out and works so, so hard. It didn't cost extra, they just genuinely cared and were invested in our sale and purchase.
