Excellent ordering experience and service

Excellent ordering experience. Customer service (Arnie) response time was quick and from very knowledgable people. Prices are comparable to other sellers (I bought a gaming Monitor) but PCNation's inventory is better specially on new arrivals. I would recommend PCNation to everybody ... DB

Okay but stop using UPS Ground.

I ordered a monitor. I eventually received the monitor I had ordered and it was fine. For 3 days I’d get a text in the morning from UPS Ground that the monitor would be delivered that day and then one in the evening that it was delayed until the next day. Probably not PCnation’s fault, but annoying nonetheless. Amazon would have been quicker at the same price.

I was let down by PCNation and FedEx

I asked for the purchase to be cancelled while it was two days out from my house. The PCNation rep told me that I had to cancel it myself with FedEx so that it would be sent back to PCNation and I would get refunded. FedEx said they cancelled and it still showed up to my house. I then had to ship it back via FedEx because PCNation refused to create a return label and made me pay for my own return for a product I had asked to be cancelled in advance and avoid a situation like this. I talked with two reps from FedEx and they stated that PCNation was supposed to cancel the order because this type of order could not be cancelled by me, even though I was told otherwise by them. Either way, that shouldn't be my problem. I've yet to receive confirmation from PCNation that my purchased was returned which should've been yesterday. There was nothing wrong with the product I had purchased. I had found a better one that fit my needs. This whole situation has thoroughly pissed me off with both FedEx AND PCNation

PCNation handled everything fine - FedEx did not

PCNation handled everything fine. My problem is shipping. The reason for my rating is the problems I experienced with FedEx. For 3 days in a row, they claimed to have attempted delivery of my package. I was here, feet from the door to my apartment and never heard a knock or got a call from our security door. FedEx has delivered packages here before and confirmed they have the code to get into the building. No door tag was left. If I wanted to pick up at the distribution center, I'd have to a) have PCNation approve that, and b) they couldn't tell me where that was until PCNation did approve it, so I couldn't find out even if that option would be convenient for me! For three days, each day had to escalate within FedEx to say that their attempted delivery could not have happened. By the 3rd night, I was supposed to get a direct call back from the manager of the San Diego distribution center on what had happened. To make matters worse, I'd taken the day off for my birthday on day 3 and had to cancel my dinner plans due to the long conversations with Tech Support. SD Center never called. Day 4, because of the lack of call, I called again because that's the day FedEx said the package would boot back to PCNation, the shipper. Finally got a supervisor who was willing to really come clean and look into the matter further. He also let me know where the distribution center was located (and it was NOT at all convenient for me). We confirmed that FedEx's San Diego Distribution Center were fraudulently listing the item as shipped and it hadn't even left their warehouse until last Friday morning. We can only surmise that they were trying to make it look like their delivery statistics were better than they were since I've been told they are distributing at almost a 100% increase of packages. Turns out that day, day 4, would ACTUALLY be their FIRST attempt. No problems with the actual REAL delivery attempt. This was for a Ubiquiti Unifi Dream Machine to take care of networking problems I was having with my Netgear Router and Range Extender that took my network offline multiple times a day...so it continued to have an impact on my ability to work from home -- so I really needed it and had ordered since PC Nation could ship it faster than other sources. However, FedEx actually HAD the item for 3 days before it released it to me. So further inconvenience. I called only after the first issue to PCNation because they claimed it was all in FedEx's hands. While factual, you do have a choice of which shipper to use. I suggest you consider an alternate choice for the future. FedEx's practices are questionable at best.

Worst Company Ever!

Don't matter what you're doing, do not buy from this company. They can't even get down your shipping address properly, then some Rick guy from return department, will treat you like you're the one who is stupid. Don't even waste your time with these folks.

I ordered from pc nation two weeks…

I ordered from pc nation two weeks almost three weeks ago. I was supposed to get my order in three days. I canceled an order from a different company because I would not get my order until September so I paid $30 more to get it faster and it won’t be here for another two-three weeks yet. Sad sad sad. When it should have been here in 3 days like they promised. Now they won’t answer my emails

Horrible customer service

Never received tracking number three weeks after purchase. Contacted the company everyday (some days more than one call was made) for over a week with no resolution. Was told numerous times they would call me back. No one EVER called me. People I spoke to said they were having issues with communications with the distribution center. Not sure how a company can have problems with the same order and communications with another department for three weeks. I will never do business with them again

Waiting on my return after 2 weeks

Waiting on my return after 2 weeks! I didn't know that getting a refund would take this long after I done it once before and within a day I got a refund, 2 weeks of waiting? I'm expecting to wait more honestly. I really doubt I'll get into contact with them.

No refund

I ordered an M.2 drive from PCNation on March 27 and canceled it the same day before it was shipped from their Carol Stream, IL warehouse March 29 at 12:00AM. According to FedEx tracking, it was returned to the same facility on April 6, having never been delivered to me. Customer service was very cooperative in issuing the RMA, but never issued credit. I have contacted them four times over the ensuing 5 weeks. They offered various excuses, but the refund has never materialized. At this point, my only recourse for my $465 appears to be to warn others from doing business with this company. Having received refunds from Amazon within hours of depositing a package at UPS, PCNation's performance is very disappointing.

Watch out for bad service and return scam

Do not buy expensive products from Pcnation online if you live in a high rise without front desk. PCnation refuses to remove the direct signature request and Fedex never calls me to sign and pick up the packages.

The service of this place is horrible. A customer service person randomly started arguing with me after I stated the problem with delivery. He said “you are lucky that we are still working and fedex will try delivering again” or “sure if you are willing to sign a waiver to assume all responsibilities of package damage” and 100 other things. That person on phone was unbelievably self-centered and arrogant. I don’t know how he passes the criterion to work on sales or customer service.

Also note that returns are NOT free. I will try to get a full refund since I’ve never even seen the products I ordered. However, if I directly process the return online, there is this tiny font line, saying that you are willing to pay $15 or 15% “returning fee”, whichever is greater. Whoa. This website is probably a scam.

Shipping is very fast of PCNation

Shipping is very fast of PCNation. I Ordered Lenovo Laptop on this virtual Store. I got this laptop in a very reasonable price with a fast shipping service. When I purchased a laptop I was confused that, whether this laptop will running okay or not. But within months after using this machine I am satisfied now because the laptop is running very well without any problem.

The monitor privacy screen I ordered…

The monitor privacy screen I ordered was missing the attachment hardware. I contacted PCNation, and they advised me to go straight through the manufacturer without any type of guidance or empathy.

The customer service experience could have been better if the operator would have attempted to assist with information on how to order the parts or order them on my behalf.
