It's nothing but OLD TV SHOWS AND MOVIES.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.I MADE THE MISTAKE OF SWITCHING FROM PARAMOUNT PLUS TO PEACOCK AND IT'S RIDICULOUS..

Peacock should stop live streaming games. I usually watch baseball games on MLBtv. But, some games are only streamed here and it’s horrible. I was watching a tight game between the Red Sox and Yankees and the feed was so delayed. As I’m watching the game, I’m already getting notifications from MLBtv letting me know something big just happened before I’m able to experience it for myself. Plus, the app kept freezing on me every now and then. So, I had to occasionally swipe away from the app and reenter to get the feed back. It just ruined the experience for me watching Sonny Gray almost throwing a no hitter and the teams going back and forth until the Red Sox finished the 4 game sweep.

Just please leave the streaming to MLBtv.

I tried peacock again and is doing the same thing. I'm watching Downton Abbey and halfway through. It just stops. I've done whatever I could do thought it was me but it just doesn't work on my TV. I canceled again. I got to remember not to do peacock.

Terrible experience I paid for the normal subscription that was 8 dollars then it told me to upgrade to be able to actually watch most of the shows to 11 dollars and so I did it and it instead made two different accounts charged me twice and I can’t even watch any of my shows because everytime I try it says “something went wrong” I 100% want my money back but they also don’t do that so this was a terrible experience.

Total POS app... bad compatibility with browsers... errors in link and loading ... full of ads... I guess they get the same quality of coders than writers

Everything a far as streaming and programs are great but the commercials during Love Island are PAINFUL!!!!
The old castmates doing commercials are TERRIBLE.
Good god, they better be doing them for free, because they feel like high school... (no, those wee actually BETTER.

Worst app, does not open most of the time. Wanted to watch football World Cup. Wasted money and mental peace

This app is a rip off you don't have the option to start over. I cant believe people still trust it when they have way better apps. Stay away everyone

Got charged bar couple extra months because I didn't realize roku was different from peacock. But now it is started not like it's sinking up with the internet here.Everything else plays fine , but not the peacock.

The chat bot doesn’t know how to help you and they took my money then said they can’t use my form of payment so now I’m down 20$

I haven't been able to watch one single live FIFA World Cup on this app because the signal has been horrible 😡. The reason I subscribed was to watch the Telemoundo live broadcast of the World Cup and I can't watch it, the screen gets pixelated and can't make out anything thats being broadcast.

Peacock has the worst customer service ever. I called its customer service number many times, but no one was there. I left messages, but I have never received a call back. I emailed them, but I got no feedback. The AI chat was useless. I purchased a Walmart + membership, which included 30-day free trial Peacock streaming service, but Peacock still charge me the same rate. No more Peacock.

I was charged for year subscription in 5/25 and even though I was able to delete the account I will never get a refund because after multiple attempts you can’t resolve nothing with them

this app absolutely sucks. Never saves your spot in the show you're watching, makes you watch a ridiculous amount of ads when you skip to the part you were at, and i've already watched the ads for this, this is ridiculous.

On the FIFA WORLD CUP, the games are late, 5 to 15 minutes.

Telemundo getting worse and worse!

I have had numerous issues since subscribing. The biggest problem is I cannot talk to anyone about the issue! The chat bot is ridiculous, never understands what I am trying to relay. They need a regular, agent based CS dept for sure.

We wanted to watch a soccer match on demand but ended up watch 20 minutes of commercials. This kind of business model inspires and justifies one to use secondary websites that offer free stream without the corporate baloney.

I was sent an ad to sign up for peacock. I did not know I already had peacock as part of my Directv package. I kept getting Email messages to activate my peacock account. I never did as I already had it but did not know it was from DirectV. I went on line and canceled my subscription. Now I want my money back. Guess what? Peacock is a den of thieves. First canceled my account on June 8th. They are still charging me until August 1.
Second I have never activated the Peacock Subscription from Peacock. They have been charging me for years. I want my money back. Called customer service an got a guy not in USA who tried to get my bank account info and to access my computer. Buyer beware. Peacock appears to be a total rip off.
