Excellent, highly professional service from Emma, Jamie and Josh. Cannot recommend highly enough for their customer service, excellent skills and reliability.

After phone calls from Emma (who was a joy to speak to) arranging our Thermal Solar install, Jamie came to fit our system. He arrived on time, was polite, professional, helpful and such a hard worker. We had a slight (electrical) fault after electrics had been done but Emma and Jamie worked quickly and efficiently to get this resolved. Pearce Plumbing & Renewables were a breath of fresh air in these times (when so many aren’t!). We would not hesitate to recommend the company. Thank you Jamie and Emma

i engaged a third party who employed pearce plumbing as contractors, how lucky was i. these guys planned, explained and performed the job well and now i have a nice ASHP. they went beyond working late when required to get us heating. they dealt with problems explaining what they did at each step. install is neat and well labelled.

I found the company very helpful in answering all my queries regarding the system I required and the associated costs and timescales for installation.
Communication was of the highest standard and I was able to trust this company to provide a fair and reasonable quotation based on my knowledge gained from the web.
From go ahead to installation took FOUR days and the installation although not sited in the loft was sited in a placed agreed with me. I am totally satisfied with the system that has been installed.
My heartiest thanks to all concerned in completing this project which I believe was Value for Money.

Jamie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- we had 3 previous engineers that could sort the heating on our heat source/manifold and Jamie got sorted for us- and was always helpful on the phone too.

We called out Jamie as our solar thermal didn't appear to be heating our tank even though the pump was running but the system control was showing that the temperature difference between the panels and the tank was just increasing with no temperature change to the tank.
Jamie came round and diagnosed that the thermal systems expansion tank had failed. He had to get the part and returned the next day, even though it was the first day of his holiday, to complete the service and repairs.
Within a couple of hours he had the system back up and running correctly. The tank is now being heated again

The team were courteous, arrived when they said they would, knew what they were talking about and were keen to do a good job for us, taking the time to do the job properly not just getting it done and onto the next one as quickly as they could like some trades would do. Jamie and Matt installed an air source heat pump, a thermal solar panel, a hot water cylinder and replaced 17 radiators. We were really pleased with their work and they were really friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They worked hard to find the best route for the pipes to cause as little disruption as possible and all their work was really neat. They put dust covers on all the floors and tidied up really well afterwards.
There was a small issue a few days after they left and often it's hard to get people back once the job is done and paid for but not in this case. They got back to me straight away and came round to solve the issue quickly.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

An air source heat pump does require additional pipes and tanks, and the final result looked amazing.
