Pear Stairs Avis

Received the next day and they are brilliant. Fitted myself and I’m not a joiner.
Great purchase.

Product was as described and packaged well. Cheaper than others online with the same quality! Will definitely use them again

It's great now that I have got your website. I now know where to get good quality timber safely packaged and delivered.
I am very impressed with your conpany

Pear Stairs were great from start to finish. Dale was superb at the design stage and Lee supported us really well during the installation by a local firm we chose. All of the support staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.

The stair case and additional parts we ordered all arrived on time and we’d definitely recommend the company to others.

We are really pleased with our staircase - it’s better than we could ever have imagined. Thank you Pear Stairs.

Quality of the products was good and delivered quickly.

Fast delivery and very helpful staff. Some items were missing from the delivery but they were extremely quick to send out the parts. Very happy with the quality of the wood received.

Had the order out within 2 working days, fantastic.

Pear Stairs are a brilliant company.
I wasn’t sure what I was buying was correct and they helped me over the phone several times, even calling me back once my order was placed to say I had ordered an extra item.
The delivery was quick, products arrived in perfect condition & I love my finished stairs.
Highly recommend them 💯

Great service, very efficient, designed and simple instructions to order.

Helpful prior to purchase in changes that could reduce cost.

Stairs received promptly and the quality was to the highest standard. The fitting joiner I used was impressed at the quality of the stairs for the price paid

Ordered and delivered well-packed shortly after. No issues and will definitely use again. Recommended.

I now have beautiful stairs in my home. Customer service is good-you get to talk to someone!! Delivery information was also really good. No problems and lovely product. Thank you.

High quality mouldings, very well packaged and delivered quickly with no fuss. Would recommend.

Arrived on time, good quality stuff

Great quality (timber straight and true) and delivery from Pear stairs as usual. Bought stringers, treads and risers to build a small staircase into a wine cellar.

Competitive price, had what I needed to finish my staircase. Quick delivery

We had a few problems with the wrong items being delivered, however cannot fault the customer service, the speed at getting it resolved and in the end the overall quality of the items is great. Their own brand metal spindles are just immaculate too. Can't wait for our project to be finished!
