The order arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having said that one of the candles was smashed to little pieces so may have happened during the packaging process.

Ordered my favourite handcreme to my destination in Hamburg Germany. Unfortunately had to pay a fortune for delivery plus another Fortune for tax.
Apart from that the hand cream is wonderful but the dealing with tax etc is very complicated and expensive.

Considering this wasn't from Amazon or a large chain. Finding the product (bought as a gift about 4years ago) was surprisingly easy. Ordering was even easier and it arrived before I even remembered i ordered it. Smelling just how I remember.. perfecto. I might have to come all the way down to the store to try new products, and leave with a big bag!

The delivery was insanely fast coming from England. I think I ordered it on Monday and got it by Thursday or Friday. Shipping was twice what the products cost but I love Pecksniff's so it's worth it.
