From the time I start with you all Debra have been nothing but professional and kind to me.
She have patient and make me feel very important.
My tax preparer is also kind and knowledgeable.
Gave them a call for help with tax debit from 2021, was told about discount from $700.00 to $299. If I acted now, paid the 300 and expected a settlement with the IRS, all we got back was information we already had in possession from the government, and a additional cost from them of around $4,000.00+- for the people's tax relief to continue working on a settlement cost. No guarantees that we would owe the IRS any less.
Also was told stories about how if I had assets there would be a good chance of audit along with liens and repossession.
Who ever teaches this way to do business with scare tactics should go to jail.
Summary: I was scammed for $300.
Richard is an excellent Enrolled Agent. Richard also has a Master's degree in Taxation. Since 2018, he has been working at a big CPA firm in West Palm Beach.
I refer friends and family to Peoples Tax Relief all of the time. They work magic !
A total ripoff! Please save your time and money this place will string you along in a process for many months just to get your money when in fact the I.R.S. usually makes a determination within 2 weeks after all transcripts have been transmitted to the Tax entity representing you. Also, note that when People's Tax Relief cannot deliver n what they promised they had the audacity to tell me "we don't seek to get you a zero-sum payment". So ironic none of this is stated or otherwise implied in any of their many TV and Radio Ads! Run do not walk away from this entity as fast as you can and find an entity local to your (there are many).
