The order process has always been easy ( I have ordered from them for several years, the order is for t-shirts for our Kids Camp attendees.
Everyone is pleasant, questions are answered immediately. The order is delivered in a very timely fashion. This is why I keep coming back, along with agreement from those in my organization. The product (t-shirts) are
top quality, no problems at all.

I will not be referring this company to my colleagues.
the final print didn't look exactly like the image of the proof provided to me prior to purchase. The proof of the exercise band provided to me was a chic grey color and only displayed my chosen/submitted art work. When I received the delivery, the color was more of a green-grey and not only printed my submitted artwork but also included a logo from what I assume is the band's manufacturer. Completely disappointing. I will not be referring this company to my colleagues.

Products are great
Products are great, the delivery times are about average and the interactions with Patrick have been great. Only issue we had was an invoicing issue that automatically pulled in an address from a previous order and ended up getting sent to the wrong address, but Perfect Imprints helped us get the shipment picked up and sent back to the correct address. Other than that little blip, we've had good experiences and we will continue to wok with your team. Thanks
