Great ordering service and prompt delivery - never had an issue with this company or its product.

I ordered 3 Jergens shea butter lotion only one was delivered on the 8th December. I called severally and sent 5 emails yet no response to date. This is very poor customer service. I am yet to receive 2Jergens shea butter that l paid for or the refund.

I normally buy locally in Berkshire but there was no stock available. I've purchased a few times from Perry Bar online. The product always arrives

Purchased hair that was never shipped yet the money was taken. We went to the store and they never had the hair in stock or any intention to notify me of this. They lied and said they called to tell me. I never received a call or response to my email. They have not refunded the shipping fee either. Be careful especially with larger purchases.

My products arrived all damaged and broken. I emailed several times but all my emails were ignored, I then called to inform them and ask what I should do. A rude angry man told me I shouldn’t have excepted them (even though they were left at my gate!) and it wasn’t the company fault and put the phone down on me. So I was then left to try and navigate Royal Mail which is difficult when you are not the sender as you don’t have all the information. All I wanted was some assistance. I made it clear I didn’t think they were at fault and still they didn’t want to know. I would never order from them again.

I wouldn't have bothered reviewing your company. but I kept getting reminders. I did not receive anything from Perry Barr Cosmetics. I ordered two eyeshadow palettes and was kept waiting for several weeks. Then I received an email to say they could not fulfil my order ans would refund my money!

I didn’t receive all my orders items. Plus the online description of weight isn’t same as what I’ve received. Even when I contacted Seller they didn’t respond politely and I will never purchase from this seller anymore.

One of the products was out of stock got a refund straight away,still recieved the other product,was well packaged

Items always available and delivered within 2-4 days...so I am a happy customer
Price for product and delivery is good also...

Horrible website/company, order not delivered, they never respond to emails, please please pleaseeeeee avoid this company or websites at all cost. I am still fighting via my bank to get a full refund.
