The exchange was a little confusing
The exchange was a little confusing. I gave it 4 because the actual website process is a little confusing, but once i interacted with the customer service rep they took care of it 100% to my satisfaction. I would have given it 5 star based on their actual customer service.

Ordered a charcoal overcoat 3xs. 1st order said in stock. Only to inquire after 2wks that is was out of stock. 2nd order, after 3 inquiries and 20 days found out the shipment was lost in transit by the carrier. 3rd order, …. I hope this time it arrived.
Perry Ellis should bring back their 800 customer service line. Online chat is a waste of time and inefficient.

Terrible experience, processed two orders over a period of 2-3 weeks and both were cancelled within 24 hours as you had stock issues.
