PetAir from start to finish have made moving our Labrador Zeus to Texas completely stress free. Our move had been delayed several times over an 8 month period and PetAir were extremely helpful and supportive. Thank you so much to the entire team and making my Zeus so welcome and comfortable. A big shout out to Manisha for dealing with my constant emails and worries, you have made such a big move so much easier taking all the stress of our fur baby Zeus!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant company. Handled the whole complex process from beginning to end with constant communication and updates. We always knew exactly what was happening. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for - it’s a cost well worth budgeting for and I know we could not have navigated Australian biosecurity ourselves. Our beloved dog is here safe and sound and it is very much down to PetAir and Emma. Recommend without any hesitation!

Service prior to pick up was awesome!!!! Sarah in particular was fantastic.
Kerry, apparently the bill / payment collector, is not customer oriented, doesn’t read email, threatens to cancel service even when a deposit was made, AND doesn’t apologize when you prove him incorrect via forwarding sent emails that were missed.
The CareTag system needs work. It’s not a great an item as we thought it should be.
I had to call emergency number several times. It wasn’t always answered. A rep did return my call. If updates via caretag were made timely, there shouldn’t have been a need to call.
Drive that made initial pickup was exceptional.
Our breeder pointed out that “crash proof” crates were not used during pick up. She was extremely surprised as she used them when transporting her dogs.
All in all, I’d consider using PetAir again.

Not cheap but very professional and capable, delivering a high quality service.
Though certainly not cheap, PetAir were extremely professional and responsive. The detail shared, professionalism on the day and obvious care for our dog that they displayed made a complex element of our move overseas go very smoothly indeed.

A huge thank you to PetAir for all their help in getting our dog from the UK over to Perth, Western Australia.
A special thank you to Emma, she is the reason I would highly reccomend PetAir. She was always on hand to answer any questions over the process. It can be quite confusing but Emma's professionalism shines and we found the experience to be smooth.
We were helped with what vet dates to book, a list of which vets are suitable, Emma also communicated with the vets on our behalf for paperwork etc. We were given very step by step, clear instructions throughout the process which is very much needed to get your dog over to Australia!
When our dog was picked up to board with PetAir before his flight we knew he would be in safe hands.

At the end, everything was OK, which is the most important
We used PetAir when sending our 1 year old Australia Shepherd from London - Houston. I started the process early as I wanted to get as much information as possible and have everything as ready and planned as possible. Generally we had a good experience, we ended up using the basic plan, as we found a lot of the ad-ons were quite overpriced and we were already paying so much. At the end, the ad- ons were definitely not necessary.
The reality is, they know how much you care for your pet, and will end up paying to get some peace of mind in an already stressful situation.
I will say, I would recommend it, at the end, all went well.
A few bumps in the road: the first representative I spoke to was clearly not as knowledgeable and kept giving generic answers to some of our questions. Once we got in the second phase, we had a different representative that made all the change.
In terms of how much communication you get on the day of the flight - it was really good on the days leading up to the flight and then up until they tell you your pet is checked in. After that, we didn't hear anything until our family member received our dog on the other side.

We recently travelled from London to San Francisco with our 8-year-old cat, and PetAir made the entire process stress-free. From my first enquiry, the team were incredibly helpful and reassuring. I initially spoke with Clare who handled the booking side, and then with Sarah, our Export Booking Consultant, who guided us through every step.
We chose the Premium Package with the US agent service so that all of our cat’s paperwork was handled in advance and her customs clearance would be as quick and smooth as possible. Everything went perfectly, the process was well organised, communication was excellent throughout, and our cat arrived safely and calmly.

We moved our cats from the UK to Australia - which is a minefield of paperwork and timed vaccinations. Petair was fantastic in making the process stress free and guiding us through the steps. We had a dedicated account manager (Liz) who was there every step of the way. Once the cats were on their way we received pictures and updates as they moved from our house to the cattery, the airports and finally into quarantine. It felt like a very personalised service, run by people who care as much about the pets they transport as their owners.

My pets travel went terribly
My pets travel went terribly. not only were they unavailable to provide the service for the time we agreed upon. We were unable to sleep because the puppy drop off was at 2am. Also They then failed to properly disembark our puppy in Switzerland and instead of putting her in the Cargo facility like we discussed they put her out through baggage claim. This henceforth meant we got a call from Zurich Airport saying she was never checked by their official veterinary office and we have to make a 4-5 hour round trip with the puppy again for them to check her. We do not blame Pet Air UK for this but seeing as how IAG cargo makes people go through your platform it feels all encompassing to us. For the amount of money spent on these services we would think they would run much smoother and proficient. This has just been an all around nightmare.

Emma was our first point of call but if out of office there was always another member of staff with knowledge of our personal shipment to advise and answer queries.
The first time we used Petair for our cat transport to Sydney Australia and this time for our dog to be transported to Sydney.
Both times we received five star service and couldn’t be happier that we found such a competent first class company to ship our beloved pets.
Don’t be put off by the complicated process. This company walks you through each step of the way and go above and beyond to make sure you know how to complete forms and keep to the structure of vet appointments.
Nothing is too much trouble .
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Petair to arrange shipment for your pets abroad or to return home.

Petair helped us move our ragdoll Moka to Germany and everything was so smooth! He had to take a slightly roundabout route and stay in Amsterdam for one night, but during the whole journey we were regularly updated and the caretag allowed us to track his whereabout fairly easily. Would definitely recommend and use their service again~
