I’ve never had an issue in the 5+ years of being a customer but….
I know there are many issues regarding fuel atm but the cost of my dog food does not warrant jumping $36 from my last order. Disappointed?!, very much so.

My delivery was an absolute nightmare. Not long after delivery to the wrong address I contacted your customer service. The only “help” they could provide was send an email to the “courier partners” who would get back to me in 48 hours. The delivery was blocking my neighbours access to her garage. She was not happy. I was distressed. I was forced to move 5 x 13kilo boxes away from the garage door & having a back injury it was extremely difficult. Having customer service support offshore, who cannot contact the courier company is not great. I ended up contacting the courier company myself & was in contact with them until re delivery on Monday lunchtime. Do better PetCircle, employ staff in Australia who can troubleshoot when a delivery goes wrong.

Once shipped less notice would also be great. I recieved over 8 emails once the package left. I really only needed 1 . This resulted in me cancelling my auto shipped items as I donot trust i will recieve on time in actual busy periods.

Every time I order from Pet Circle, the delivery instructions are never followed.
I live in an apartment and have clear instructions to leave the order IN the lobby.
Every single time the order is left on the street OUTSIDE my apartment without the driver even ringing the intercom.
I have alerted Pet Circle of this 5 times, to no avail.
My orders are generally $100-$250 not exactly the best customer service leaving orders on the street OUTSIDE.
Petbarn match the prices of Pet Circle and delivery instructions are followed.

It was the delivery that I had a problem with. I was notified the parcel had arrived and I had to walk up and down the street hoping I could find it. My $70 parcel had been put on #7s doorstep not #3. I did emal Pet Circle who did apologise.
