Good staff, resonable price increases and a good policy.
It could all be done on-line but was backed up with a telephone call to remind me and the staff are always very good. The price increase was reasonable which saved me having to shop around and the cover agreed through the Jaguar Enthsusiasts Club and the Cambridge-Oxford Owners Club makes it suitable for me.

Easy to get a quote from friendly helpful people
Cameron was the first person I dealt with. It was easy to get through to you and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.
The policy suits my needs and although the price was not the cheapest, I felt very comfortable.
