Overall very impressed. The products that I kept were of a very high quality, the ones I returned were due to the size being to large. I used the free return DPD pickup locations and got an email for CS the next day to confirm my refund is on route.

Spam you with emails after you order! They are super expensive for what you get. Long delay in ordering and having your product made, and then they will spam you with at least one email per day.

Second to none service. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. Super quick service. Fantastic product. What more can I say. Keep up the great work.

I’ve purchased many Peter Millar products over the years and have always found the style, fit, and quality of their garments to excellent.
Today I experienced my first issue with a PM product and was delighted to learn that Peter Millar not only manufactures great products, they stand behind those products as well.

The customer service team responded to my email very quickly, and after providing pictures of the defective item and proof of purchase, customer service approved my warranty and agreed to send out a replacement that same day.

Best interaction I could hope for.
Great products, great people, great service. 5-stars!

I had a problem with the contents of my delivery.
It was handled efficiently and immediately and a replacement sent.
Peter Millar are excellent quality clothing and their customer service is top class also.

What a shambles....i would not recommend using them. As with a lot of the reviews, Really poor customer service. No response to my first 2 emails concerning timing of delivery for my order of 5 golf shirts. (said it would be a within 2-3 days - got them 2 weeks later) Order was missing one item but i got charged for the full amount. If i hadn't picked up on this nothing would have been done.

Ross quality clothing with an extremely inflated price.

Miserable experience interfacing with this company - no contact number, email contact does not deliver as per SLA 24 hours. Good at taking money not so good at customer satisfaction - very poor indeed.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 3rd August, no confirmation. Two Zendesk tickets later (both unanswered) and two calls later, one with a promise to be called back with an update,(that didn't happen) the other with a suggestion that one pair of shoes may be out of stock, I have requested a refund. Hopefully that will be something that can be done in some kind of acceptable timescale.

I ordered a 1/4 zip pullover for my husband as a gift. The product looks great - but 10 days after placing the order there is no way to track the status. Customer service response is a robo response that leads you to a ‘track order status’ link that goes no where. The shirt itself gets 5 star reviews- but since there is no way I’ve found to provide a review I suspect the reviews are manufactured by Peter Millar.

Fantastic service from Peter Millar. Ordered a pair of G/Fore golf shoes. Shoes arrived next day but unfortunately were too large. Returned and replacements arrived within 3 days which were fine. Lovely quality shoe. So impressed so ordered a second, different style, pair which again arrived next day. Cannot fault their first class service or the quality of G/Fore shoes. Many thanks.

I now have several of the newer Peter Millar non-iron shirts. They are a wrinkled mess. I have always worn their shirts under a sport coat. Now the new shirts look like I slept in them. Very disappointing.

Do NOT recommend. Clothing is cheap and does not look like the pictures. Customer service is disgustingly polite BUT completely full of crap. If you make the mistake of ordering something you might as well light it on fire because at least then you’ll get something out of it. A $200 starter log is better than returning it which will render nothing but empty promises of fictional returned funds. I wouldn’t be surprised if they file for bankruptcy.

I purchased online items from Peter Millar and promptly sent them back the very same day 08/05/20. I called them on 8/27/20 as I had not received a refund or any communication. The rep told me they had received my return and that she would promptly see that I received a refund. It is now 9/12/20 I have received no refund and they do not reply to any written correspondence or answer their phone. I am very dismayed as I thought this was a reputable business.

Impressive service! I ordered few items yesterday and received the parcel this morning! Beautifully made clothes with attention to detail, good fit.
