I have sent 4 emails regarding a pipe I bought for my husband. He is 83 and cannot get on with it. I have still not received any reply from Petersham Pipes regarding a refund. Only way to get in touch is by email. I am very disappointed about Petersham Pipes. Would advise anyone to keep well away from this company. Initial bad experience with the Ayrshire pipe. I emailed Petersham and didn't get a response. It would seem that they did reach out, but I cannot locate their initial email. They attempted to resolve my issues and I'm now a lot happier with my Pipe. I would recommend if you don't get an initial response to a query, reach out again.

I've just bought the new Ayrshire e-pipe, at a very good price in Petersham Pipes' New Year sale. It really IS a high quality vaping pipe, the Pear-wood bowl being a real pleasure to handle; even the fire button is made of wood! It comes in a presentation case, which I'll keep to store spare coils, batteries etc., and it vapes well. Roger's service was, as usual, very quick and efficient, though I wish I could still ring him up! People who use vape pipes are thin on the ground, and I enjoyed chatting to a fellow enthusiast.

I bought 2 pipes 2020 and 2021 through amazon. I bought 2 kamry k1000 and they each lasted about a month. Not cheap!

Terrible product, you get no flavour coming out and hardly any vape. The product I bought only lasted a week before it stopped working properly.
Tried to contact them about flavour issue but no reply . Also asked for a refund but again no reply even though they advertised 60 day money back guarantee.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This company has serious problems.
You can only contact them by e mail and that's If they can be bothered to reply.
The Westminster pipe is good however the threads that screw it together are utterly useless.
Next day delivery for which you pay extra is a joke.
Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolute garbage, customer service is diabolical. I made an order two months ago. After writing emails I finally got 2 out of 3 orders. Don’t go here Peter is no good he’s happy to take your money but not give you the product.

I’ve so far bought nine pipes from them. The battery’s krap themselves within six weeks and the coil’s die in less than a week but delivery is always prompt and on time. They don’t claim to be the best e-smoke or longest just different. I’ll put up with the completely bollococks longevity of the product for the quick response on orders.

terrible, no service, paid over 77 pounds, for a next day delivery, 5 days later chased by phone and email, eventually received an email response saying they are facing 4 week delays, i've asked for a refund, no response and no confirmation, i'd recommend people to stay clear

I purchased 2 e-pipes from Petersham Pipes for my father who is trying to stop smoking a toacco pipe, and they both leaked. I checked the instructions and the e-pipes appeared to be put together correctly, so I couldn't work out what the issue was.

When my elderly mum called Petersham Pipes for advice, the person she spoke to was very rude, abrupt and unhelpful. He told her that he hasn't got time to help and that these pipes don't leak, so it must be my dad's fault.

After checking Amazon reviews for this pipe, leaking liquid appears to be a common issue.

I am very unhappy with both the product the rude way in which Petersham Pipes spoke to my mum. It's just a shame I can't leave a zero star review.
